Very good point. Imo I'd prefer a large 2 storey flat top commercial building with a starbucks being one of them and some eateries and KP signage wrapped around it all leading into fosse way while adding some vegetarian and outside seating areas. This isn't included into the mastetplan unless you consider hospitality and the prices that go with it. Plus there isn't anything for at least a mile or so that has these needed facilities locally so it'd make its money and attractiveness. Sorry, rambled on..

These are wrong. Laing o'rourke were whispered as the "go to" for this project over a year ago but there wasn't any confirmation at the time. See attached. The CGI's aren't the planning approved ones i.e the first one you would be theoretically standing in the middle of the residential tower when taking this and there isn't a road going through to the stand itself (which would be godawful)!. Photos 2/3 show the roof totally out of proportion I.e. the height at the back, the side panels, the roof construction material and lighting as well. I would be shocked if the roof wasn't lattice construction with efte illimination as approved. The hybrid app is all but approved so no change these are real or accurate. If you want some detailed info I can send you some as I have all of the technical info.

Poll: After 25 games played, do you think we are going down?
UHDrive replied to ozleicester's topic in Leicester City Forum
I've been thinking this as well. Vards doesn't look enthusiastic this season and whereas he'd historically scream at our forward players who mess up when not involving him in the right decisions on the pitch he's clearly imo less bothered when Iheanacho makes the wrong choice again and again along with other errors. -
I'm not so sure. Top gave him the transfer money for a reason and after todays game we'll be above the drop. I've often said the owners have been naive with Rodgers but with relegation as a realistic prospect I don't think they'd be that naive.

I genuinely believe Rodgers must know that this is the most significant 45 minutes of his leicester career coming up.

I agree to be fair but Rodgers has never played Praet in a deeper position unless we've had injurys out wide. I think personally he'll play him as a like for like for maddison which may just about give the midfield some cohesion that we didn't have last week as he's not as mobile across the forward third. -

Praet will do well holding that No10 role. He might not have maddisons Flair and creativity but what he does possess is clinical through balls in tight spaces. -

It appears now he's got better defensive setup he's more interested in getting the ball to the front 3 irrespective of who's playing in DM areas by playing up the wings. -
This does (as other posts in here) appears to be begging the question of what the clubs preffered type of striker and formation/positions Rodgers and the club want to do in the future? From what I'm seeing and yes it's early days but It appears that we want to play a Man City breed of football, which if true means that we play a lone striker up top or no striker with a switch in defense and oncoming acm's with fresh wingers when said striker comes off. In that situation nacho would play better as he attacks the corners more and is better than daka with his back to goal and hence plays more like haaland does in a 4231. In a 433 im assuming we'rein the market for an acm i.e. harrison so that maddison can partner him up top with the wingers as they are. I know the way ive described the formations is quite loose but im hoping you get what i mean. I struggle to see where Daka fits in. I agree that daka needs time but id humbly argue that if he hasnt shifted his ability to impact games by the summer (if he is played that is) then id like to see us hitting the market for decent acm's and retaining nacho (never thought I'd say that) and looking in the market for the next haaland. With vards going I struggle to see what the transition from him to daka/nacho is and how it is being integrated and my gut instinct is telling me that we'll be playing a 433/4231 in the future.
-
I'm hoping the club does this. I'm all for bringing young players into the squad but over the summer we'll be losing too many mature players as it is and hence we need to retain a proven attacking midfielder in the squad with a view to properly scouting a replacent over the next 18 months whilst the rebuild continues inbetween that period.
-
If maddison goes (and Tielemans) I wouldn't mind a punt on Jarod Bowen. He has the experience in an ACM forward role plus he's a set peice taker. Downfalls are that he's being overplayed in Moyes team this season and is playing sh*te but they've had a lot of injuries and he could be tempted. I expect Ric will castrate me for this and I await is chastising response. Food for thought.

I only hope we demand £60m up front minimum even with 1 year left on his deal. I've personally always said that I'd like to keep Tielemans and maddison, or at least one of them. If it's Tielemans I'd want him to play in an advanced no.8 role like KDB floating side to side in a 433 formation as I think that's where Rodgers is heading anyway. If they both go the players coming in must hit the ground running meaning one of them (or both) being already mature and experienced players and yes, costing more. I understand why Rodgers wanted Harrison as he would fit into KDH's role albeit slightly higher up the pitch. Here's to hoping.

I've watched mostly all games since vardy if we use that as a cut off line either online or at kp and there's no possible comparison between them... ps. I've no doubt you have a pretty face 😉 I hope Kel doesn't get dropped now in this formation and with new players, but with the squad rebuild and shifting players on then who knows what will happen.
-
First 15 minutes in particular he was absolutely shocking!!! He needs to sort his ball control skills quick time because it's obvious that his brain can't compute what he wants to do with his boot and the trajectory to that target. I'm beginning to get concerned and I feel in the summer we should be looking for a more polished box to box player with him as a back up player.

LCFC vs Spurs - Match Thread - 11th Feb 2023

Ward. -
First time I've been on this thread and I'm truly gobsmacked by some people's comments about him!! For the last couple of seasons he's had to work with a miserable and inept defence INCLUDING having to play next to Amartey and with no RW up the pitch to play to which in return means he has to cover more ground up the pitch as he does down the pitch. Imo it's POINTLESS selling him. Even with RP coming back there is no guarantee of Tete staying so by selling him it means its just another player to add to the long list of key rebuild plans in positions where there are no backups, or backups with players like JJ and RP who now have major injury history's. I wouldn't want to lose JJ or RP either because i do think they have a lot of talent but only if the overall team is playing with talent. Castagne played amazingly well upto and including the FA cup win but it should be no wonder to our fans that with injurys and no investment by the club until now that players like Castagna can play to their abilities.

If this is still being pursued at a higher level its doubtful that it's going to get brushed under the carpet. Man City are in big trouble particularly with allegations going back so far but moreso because of the level of long standing legal involvement with the club. It's effectively gross negligence and it wouldn't surprise me for them to get expelled from the league for at least a season.
-
You really should write to Top and ask him to replace Rudkin with yourself. You can use FT as your resume. Only downfall is when he's done reading your resume he'll end up ripping up a large portion of season ticket holders in digust after pondering their abuse towards him.
-
I agree. I'd like Rodgers to man up and make a couple of changes I.e. replace Ward for Iverson and Cags for Faes. Cags usually played well as a left sided CB alongside a decent full back (chillwell) at that time. In any case his evil looks alone might make soutter move quicker.

Unbelievable that 12 months following chris wood's £25 million transfer to Newcastle that he's now on a loan with an obligation to buy with Forest for £15 million while reportedly on £82k per week.

Centre midfield crisis on the horizon?
UHDrive replied to Bourbon Fox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Imo Tielemans is going. Maddison signing, staying and going the season after. Tete imo I think we've got some sort of agreement because I don't think Rodgers would get a RW in with a risk of losing him especially with how damaging that area of the pitch has been for us. I think Harrison will come in the summer and I'll leave my other opinions to ric and co because I'm not blessed with their football iq. I do beleive that letting maddison go (iff) Tielemans goes would be a massive mistake. -
Don't forget me too please 🙂

I agree...let it go would be great. I'd take Elsa and marry her and have lots of children in a winter wonderland. Except we don't live in fairly tales and this continously behaviour to me at least is persistent with regards to qoute removals.
