Ideally, we need to get promoted this season, but we all know that’s isn’t going to happen. The realistic target in my opinion is to stay in the championship and rebuilt from there. It will take a few seasons, but I feel more comfortable with this scenario than any other. All this is dependant on the restructure, sadly I don’t see Top selling up, the next best thing is ensuring the structure below his is strong!

I can see it for the 24/25 season, but not the 25/26 season - we taken loads of our wage bill, sold and got money for 4 /5 players. Bilal money won’t come in until next year, as well Vardy’s wages, and finally, we not spent a single penny in the 25/26 season!

The problem is that until we get our Technical Director in place, it’s pointless sacking MC. Surely that needs to happen 1st before we can think about sacking MC, otherwise we will probably end up sacking whoever comes in next because he might someone else. We need to be patience and build back stronger, without any additional baggage !

Quite clearly he’s a talent, ideally he needed to gradually phased in, and I hope after his suspension he will be included in the match day squad and introduced matches. The worst thing the manager could do, is to not select him in the match day squad

With the threat of point deduction no signing in the summer and losing a number of 1st team players, I think we are seeing the result of all of the above!!! Not sure sacking MC would make any difference, at this point in time, maybe in hindsight we should have kept RVN, but he needed to go! We need a proper rebuild, but we can’t do that until our high earners leave and others leave or are sold. It’s crucial at that point we have the right structure in place ( including a new manager). This will take time, but as you see with Coventry, things can also change very quickly.

The “New Technical Director” should be advising the board of the direction of travel, which will inform the type of manager we need. Not saying that will happen, but if Top is serious about the club, this how it should work.

Effort was there, our attacking play is seriously lacking, without Ramsey and there’s a general lack of confidence in the team, especially our strikers, even though they are shit. Defensively we were a lot better. Middleborough never look like scoring and were as shit as us in an attacking sense. We got into some promising positions, but the lack of pace in our team, especially up front, meant we kept turning back, killing the attack. We need an injection of pace throughout the team, especially up front

He’s too slow to react. He was in a couple of times, but he’s so slow to engage his brain and even closer running! There’s no doubt in my mind that until we get a half decent striker things won’t change. We don’t create too much, but when we do get into good positions our strikers are no where to be seen! They don’t seem to have a strikers instinct to be in the high place or sniff an opportunity

I also had high hopes for MC, certainly from a tactical point of view. I thought he’ll been more pragmatic. Sometimes I think he been told to pick these players for the ext transfer, in the hope we can sell them. MC needs to be brave and start playing the academy and start investing in them. We had fan what to see the players are giving their all for the club. Clearly there are players who don’t want to be there here, Winks, Fae and Soumare to name a few. We are want to our club back, be proud of them, no matter what the result, I can’t say this with this team and set up!😡😡😡😡

Until something going to change at the top, nothing going to change. Who in their right mind will want to buy us. Top not going to sell on the cheap. My only hope is that after the end of this season most of the crap will leave the club and we can have a proper rebuild. Accept where we are as a club and rebuild. At the start of the season, I though we might get auto, then plays off, but now just to survive in the championship is going to be a major achievement. Sacking Marti is going to make no difference until the curse of Rogders and his signing finally leave the club, including Coopers signing😡😡😡😡
