All the positivity has been sucked out from the club, board, players and the fans are destroying the club,. It’s hard to see any light and end of the tunnel. I just want a quite season or two bedding our talented youth academy players, but fear that this toxic environment we are currently in won’t help them develop, and we will waste that opportunity too!

I think it works both way. Some players need the energy from the crowd to lift them. I agree some of the players and board members don’t deserve our support, but I am more worried about the message we are sending to the players on the pitch. Support the team during the match and demonstrate your feelings after the match. We have players that don’t want to be here, we also have some players that will play for the badge and more importantly some brilliant young players; can/will these players perform and/or stay with such a toxic environment! I think Marti got a very difficult job and you can see he’s trying to build a culture at the fans could get behind, but he also needs support from the board to make this happen and the fan, whilst we are on this journey.

When Ndidi name was on the team sheet, I always felt the team was strong. I always felt safe with him in the team. Massive player for us over the years, and he was part of one of best midfield combinations we had since Lennon and Muzzy.
