  1. Can I say I really really don't care anymore and can we close this thread as soon as...... We are back where we belong PREMIER LEAGUE!!!! Oh aside from hoping Cov finish as low as possible AND Leeds DON'T go up, ideally West Brom, Hull or Norwich as then they'll be 2 teams worse than us next season at least
  2. Surely scarves out again?? Its won us 3 home games!!!
  3. Well Rudders has always failed miserably before repeatedly hence the numbers for Daka, Vestergaard, Soumare, Bertrand etc. so good luck with that
  4. I think they are
  5. Further to that point above, I am actually going this year to the Crucible. Anybody suggest best place to park, was looking at Ponds Forge Sports centre & walking, just over half a mile I think? Anybody been recently?
  6. Generally I am a traditionalist BUT the Ally Pally shows what moving to a bigger venue can give an event, the atmosphere sounds great especially the semi finals & finals weekend. That looks to have been a real move on from the second Wembley venue which I believe wasn't particularly popular. Loved by all by sounds of it. Post 50 years would be the time to move but as everybody said, in the UK NOT Globally. Even I think its time to move on. I went half a dozen years in the 90's including the 98 final Higgins vs Doherty, haven't been since. What I now know is they are trying to squeeze out what turnover they can with the Century Club & VIP & Premium tickets etc for the front half of the venue, so you are now sitting further back unless you want to pay big wedge. But its hard for them and as Hearn said on the Beeb yesterday its about money & profit, not what people want to hear BUT if they aren't going to or watching Snooker they will be doing the same for another sport. When Football was in the doldrums in the mid 80's Snooker was in the papers (thanks Tony Knowles), Footy's back being the big dog, Snooker is very hard to find in the written press. Got to get the venue right (not London) but 2-3k with the banking & the round right could be a winner, what about the KP isn't the plan to build a 6k venue, that might be in 3 years? Love the champs every year though, pure theatre
  7. And we'll get a load more money for being promoted!!!!
  8. 1 ticket left at moment in M Block, but thats it
  9. Yup want QPR to win Friday, would prefer Ipswich promoted, then we won't finish bottom next season IF we go up Want Hull to beat Ipswich too In sport you can't pick, just have to get it done anyway but be promoted!!! Even if they both lose there is still something on the line Monday, the title (icing on the cake)
  10. Great shout. Positives & learnings - we beat them 3-0 at home, we have just won 2 in a row, fell over in the 1st, more impressive in the 2nd, BUT their confidence will/should be much higher. Any win will be a GREAT result, even a point, would be great to get to 100pts, but the great thing is Leeds & Ipswich will have played and we will still be top and have a very clear idea of what is required. Hopefully the visits to Plymouth, Millwall, Bristol etc. will be forgotten, we have some leeway and the points are on the board. If we spank them brilliant, but I'd take a grubby 1-0 now, or as I said even a point at the very worst BUT would be GREAT to go up in front of 5676 Leicester fans with a win if required. I've been this season to Norwich, QPR, West Brom, Birmingham, Ipswich, Millwall (Cup), Stoke, Watford, Bournemouth. But also Coventry, Leeds, Bristol C, Plymouth I know which line I want this result added to of the two above!!! Cmon you Foxes!!!
  11. Also chance of 100pts??!! Still on!
  12. Does anybody have transistor radios?
  13. Depends if you have had tablets to open the floodgates & lighten the load OR put a bung in it and save the outgoings for another day.
  14. Weren't bad at Watford (but not for the whole game), probably Stoke, we were coasting then!!! How times have changed.
  15. And the refs take advantage of the fact that they won't get picked up on, EFL way less high profile, decisions important to the fans and clubs but in grand scale of things not. Many of them are lazy in their decision making because they can be.
  16. They've conceded 56 goals in 43 games, they don't defend well, 1.25 per game, if we can score twice, at worst we'll get should be a point, they have conceded 3 goals in 3 of their last 5 aways. We should be all over those stats!!! Just GOT to win, do so and we will take some real overhauling with those last 2 fixtures!!!
  17. 140 860 to go, cmon u foxes!!! Show them what the fans think!!!!
  18. Can we get a 1000+ likes for this?? That how the fans support and show commitment? As everybody has reiterated, a powerful, informed, thoughtful statement & message, get liking!!!
  19. I prefer using a card, way easier to share if you can't get to a game & don't want to resell. My lad lives in London, so midweek homes games are a real struggle for him. The premier League only has a few midweeks, the Championship as we know has a lot. My issue/question is its not going to be £25 A YEAR or every time they say you need a new card? I know the way the tide is turning BUT at least for the next year or two I want a card not a phone. Out of interest what's the crack at other clubs???
  20. Absolutely, thought he was well impressive though faded 2nd half but looked best player on the pitch for much of the 1st
  21. He won us the game and has put us on the brink of promotion, 3 stunning goal line clearances, he’s not young BUT he’s still improving
  22. As I was at Plymouth, don't remember ONE shot on goal before they scored and I am not sure they got out of their half in that 21 mins!!
  23. Away trips where we won and looked good doing it. Not Bristol & Plymouth, not even sure I'll go the West Country for my holidays anymore!
  24. Poch, if he's got the alternative I wouldn't start either them in the semi, they've just told you the team NEVER comes first only me. So when its a 2 on 1, neither of them are going to pass to the man in the better position. We're all given jobs either because that's what we're good at or our managers think we are most appropriate, I wouldn't argue about wanting to put the fire out if I was driving the fire engine...?? Jackson is a poor striker and Madueke is a bench warmer, oh and they are obviously the biggest kids imaginable, what must Palmer, Gusto & Gallagher have been thinking & the bod language when the peno was being taken and the celebrations afterwards were so frosty & the aggro was still going on.
  25. Allied to which if we keep going 2-0 up none of these conspiracies theories would matter, we currently can't score and can't defend, sort that and we'd be promoted. Yes Leeds was an issue, but I was there and only found out about the blind lino and the ref missing the ball hit the Leeds defender on the M1 going South, but those points would mean we probably be up now. That was a howler but shows its not easy as well.
