How on earth did we beat Ipswich, they are light years ahead of us
-
Marti doing a Rodgers & a Ruud, just picking the same crap week after week. Obviously he's trying to get the sack & a pay off as they were. It's just so depressing
-
Having seen the team I'm really gutted that I've not bothered to go & will miss that fantastic full back pairing of Choudhery & Thomas. People will tell their grandkids that they actually saw them play
-
I've been saying it for years. Football is the only industry where you get massive rewards for being a complete failure. It's barmy

My 2 season tickets not going tomorrow or WBA. The whole thing is so depressing

I agree & bear in mind that we had an agreement to sign Lookman at the end of that season & look how he has progressed now. The lack of a squad refresh does not excuse Rodgers disgusting behaviour but more astute owners would have seen through his antics & got rid. We all know that team should never have got relegated & that coupled with PSR was the beginning of our demise

The problem with sacking Marti is a) we can't afford it & b) is there any point as the idiots running the club will only appoint a similar type of manager, who will still want us to play out from the back, something that our players are incapable of doing. It was interesting to see that someone earlier posted that we don't score enough goals. Actually we have only failed to score in 4 games this season, our big problem is that we cannot defend & have only had 2 clean sheets. If that was improved so would our number of points. That won't happen though whilst we keep giving stupid goals away like we did yesterday & have done in previous games

Just think back to 3&1/2 years ago. We were semi finalists in a European competition, had probably the best squad of players we've ever had & were .an established top half Premier League club. It's hard to think of any club of our stature that has declined to the level we are now in such a short space of time. This decline is continuing & shows no sign of ending, all the top players have gone + what money they raised has been wasted. We are run by idiots, the team is awful, the fans are losing interest by the day, the stadium needs loads of tlc, hospitality take up has fallen off a cliff. This all points to a business in trouble & they must be losing money hand over fist. There is little doubt the downward spiral has a long way to run yet & I'm sure it will not end well

Just think, he could have been gone at the end of this season along with most of the other wasters. But somebody decided to extend his contract by 4 years, which must be one of the worse decisions in our club's history. If anyone doubted that we are run by completely incompetent idiots, this is all the confirmation that you need

Getting to Wembley in the playoffs would be the best thing that could happen to us. 35k fans at Wembley would really get the interest back in the club

Aiways happy to help!

Definitely not going. Awful experience last time with their deranged fans roaming around in groups looking for trouble thinking they were back in the 1970's. Route march from the car park then 1 hour to get off it after the game. One of the worse away days in years & they have the nerve to charge hose prices. It's the tele for me

I can't believe Jacob is getting criticised on here. Ok yesterday's goal was a nightmare but it was inevitably going to happen as he's not great with his feet & this scenario has happened with loads of goalkeepers since this ridiculous idea of trying to turn goalkeepers into world class midfield players. The best way to avoid this happening again (because it will) is to not do it. Just knock it long, I know we won't win many but ensure we pick up the knockdowns, that way we'll have possession near the halfway line. Jacob is a very promising keeper, a very good shot stopper & the most commanding of his penalty area that we have had for some time. The idea of buying someone to replace him is ludicrous, especially given our financial situation. As I post this I've just seen the goal Spurs conceded. This way of playing is crazy, it just creates unnecessary pressure

I'd be wary of that until the date is officially confirmed. They will be moving a number of games to Sunday & various different times on Saturday for "International tv purposes". I doubt there will be more than a dozen kicking off at 3pm Saturday

Everton away for me. It's going to be a long time before we get to play them in the league again, so let's get the new ground ticked off
-
It's amazing what a bit of confidence does

That wouldn't be difficult. Good to see the Seagrave holiday camp in all it's glory
-
Well even though they've taken the extra half hour, they still can't get finished on time. It'll be tragic for the BBC if they have to cancel Strictly
-
What do you think. He's the Monty Panesar of football

How did anyone come to the conclusion that Ferdinand was intelligent enough to oversee this draw
-
I went to the World Cup last time it was in USA & it was quite enjoyable. Thank God I'm not going this time
-
Only 12 minutes left till the programme finishes, I doubt we'll see the draw
-
Looks like they are on a mission to give Rio Ferdinand a personality
-
I expect Harry & Meghan to come on soon (holding hands of course)

Slightly, but it's still awful. I don't think I've ever sworn at the tele as much as when that woman is commentating, she drives me mad, talking for the sake of it & it's mostly rubbish
