Everyone else just got a TNT logo? -
Oddly, the potential of not seeing Marti's select 11 has made me a bit more excited for this one. It's going to be Daka up top though isn't it! If Evans could get on the pitch I hope he can force himself into the reckoning going forward. I think Evan's very quiet pre-season has done more damage than we all realised at the time. He's got to take any chances he gets now.

It's on TNT 7

Strutting around the pitch at the end of the WBA game like he'd won the FA Cup. Absolutely mind boggling. I'd have been too embarrassed to show my face after serving up that s**tshow.

What's this first day back at work nonsense? Can't think of anything better under normal circumstances than looking forward to the footy to cure the back to work blues.

...and the poll closes in a week - why? To do proper number crunching on the results?

Freedom? The ball arrives at him most of the time with the opposition defense set and 3 players on him! See West Brom's goal and imagine Monga having that space!

Marti looked rattled when asked about the empty seats but the reporter didn't have the balls to mention the boycott but "a cold night". The commentator at the start of the game said something along the lines of "there's been a talk of a boycott in some circles" or something like that so at least Sky sort of recognised it.

If he was playing against us he'd rip us apart.

To be honest it's not a surprise that he makes good saves and has MOTM performances. He's one of the best shot stoppers in the league. Trouble is his all-round game. He's a weak puncher, poor at getting the ball away from danger, poor distribution and my biggest gripe is slow processing time of getting the ball out quickly. He's done well tonight though so hopefully he can push on because he needed that performance.

Won a few headers but looks like he "won a charity place" on the ball. There were times Stol would find Skipp with some high risk passing in the box to beat the press, the ball would then go to Caeb and by the time he had sorted his feet, looked up and thought about what he was going to do the press had managed to retreat back Infront of him making the previous high risk play in the box pointless! Just one of the endless fundamental issues I witnessed.

That goal's bought him another 5 games upfront hasn't it? -
It's so fundamentally wrong our setup and style of play I don't know where to start.

Would make sense to give him a goal bonus incentive. £10k per week salary and £10k goal bonus?
-
He looks well disciplined with his positioning often back helping the defence but getting forward at the right opportunities. Something we've lacked massively.
-
Going to throw a few strikers into the hat. August Priske (young Danish forward who's been smashing them in for Djurgarden) also looks a proper unit and good in the air Dominic Ballard (young striker at Leyton Orient. A goal machine in a poor side) Issue is these would maybe take £2m to £3m which we're likely won't have for a while but it really annoys me the money we blew on Coulibaly etc which could have been invested so much more shrewdly.

What about if it could be organised that all the boycotters go to the ground still but protest before, during and after the game outside? A few hundred people would be quite noticeable.
-
How is the boycott being communicated outside of FT?
-
Foxestalk will always produce a hard-line stance that will not be translated into what the everyday fan will do. I've seen it too many times over the years - you get excited in the FT world that something is gaining traction but it usually barely makes a ripple outside these realms. Sadly it's unlikely to be noticeable on Monday but that's not to say something couldn't be done to get publicity.
