As others have mentioned it makes absolutely no sense to get rid of Marti without having someone lined up. One thing that surprised me with Dean Smith was the attacking setup he employed. Always had him has being quite cautious but some of those games he managed we were bordering on gung-ho.

Apart from the same ridiculous setup as previous managers, he doesn't come across managerial at all and sounds deflated and like he's got imposter syndrome.
