Shhhhhhhhhhhh

Thing is as well, we wouldn't need to replace him. Coady, Nelson and Okoli more than enough. We could wack these funds towards a striker or 10 for a real signature move.

Full international of a top European team from a Premier League club? £30m min please.

Centre backs seem the least of our worry which is odd as I'd have put my bottom dollar on them being the problem this season, although it's still early days. The defence is always the most important area. That's one glimmer of hope is we don't seem to be a siv. We just need the full backs to switch on a bit more and sign a decent 10 and striker and things might actually be looking okay. Fair play to Faes and Vesty, they have done well.

He doesn't seem to get many goals or assists.

I'd take Cliff Richard as manager at the moment.

Trouble is I don't think those stats take in to account when players nearly f-up or if they choose the right pass at the right time. Ndidi looked uncomfortable yesterday and against Spurs IMO. -
It's probably something the club needs to communicate with the fans and media so we all know the plan. To not have seen Alves on the bench in both senior and development games is just bizarre.

Ndidi picking the ball up in that press area is a big one. I'm not sure there is a place for him unless we are going to change the style of play completely. Ndidi should not be allowed any where near that ball when under pressure. Hopefully Skipp can come and help in that capacity but not sure where we get Ndidi in if Skipp comes into the side. The modern game requires you to be good on the ball and be an all rounder. Problem is, Ndidi is an amazing ball winner and athlete but lacks the ability on the ball which is going to be tricky to get him in the side with the way we want to play. He might be useful when we play against the better teams and perhaps bypass the press and require a ball winner, but there will be times like yesterday where we should be doing better against more average opposition. It almost seems like the modern game has caught up with him and his ability isn't suited to this league anymore. -
Feels like Rudders and Coops are playing real life champ man from back in the day when you fall out of love with a save. You go on holiday too long, return too close to the new season, realise you've got auto-save on and can't go back and rectify the mess. You've let players run down their contracts and they've left. You think "can't be arsed this season" so you go to the filters "transfer listed" and "interested only" and you're left with Ayew, Skipp, Okoli and Reid and you snap them up with very little stress. You know deep down you should be spending a bit of time scouting Scandinavia for the new talent but meh, can't be arsed this season. You get a message in your inbox about Alves doing well in training but it flashes up so quickly as you're frantically skipping hundreds of messages it is missed. Perhaps I should sort new tactics for the new players? Nah, think I deserve another holiday as I cook dinner.

To think: A. We have Coady B: We have Nelson C: We don't have a whole lot of money D: We aren't playing him E: We are desperate to strengthen in other areas F: He's looked a bit **** It's nothing less than you'd expect from a Rudders transfer.

I feel that foxestalk could be looked at very impatient and negative, or as I would put it, 'first to see the warning signs' It sometimes feels like a different set of fans supporting another club when you hear them call up on 606 with differing opinions to the main consensus on here. Most of the times these fan struggle to pronounce the names of players which says a lot though!

It's not even statistically - he just looks **** too. -
Normally you almost always get a honeymoon period as a manager where everyone is energised and embrace change. We've had none of that - just utter mind boggling poor decisions from him from the team selection to the tactics. It's rare to want someone out so quickly but so is it rare that someone can come in and be so poor from the off. Warnings were there preseason and it hasn't improved. He deserves to be sacked.
-
Remove "I'm cutting him some slack for now" from your post and it's basically what most of everyone has been saying!

I think we could see tickets on general sale this year and us struggling to sell out. That'll be the first time in a long time and will be a big wake up call for Top. Maybe that's what he needs.
-
He wasn't excellent - marginally better when he was out of tight areas and could open his legs. He gave the ball away loads in tight areas but he's being asked to play a role he has no ability for. Not only that, we seem to play without an idea of where the balls going anyway so even the better players on the ball looked lost as there was seemingly no game plan.
-
Why don't you offer a counter argument then? I'm sure people would love to hear why he's the right man and all the great things he's doing.

Jordan Ayew - NEVER PLAYING FOR LEICESTER AGAIN!!!

worryingly looked our best attacking player - that's saying something. -
He needs to go. This isn't going to get any better. Not felt this angry about a manager so soon after signing since.... Well since ever. He's absolutely the pits.

Awful second half.

You only hope our facilities are so good that anything the big 6 can offer are at best on par with ours.
