  1. I'd say Betteridge's law of headlines applies for most of these posts with question marks.
  2. Most of these songs could be translated over easily so no need to worry about that.
  3. Ugh, are we at 100 pages yet?
  4. Please
  5. Iheanacho and Ndidi struck up a great friendship due to their similar backgrounds. Iheanacho and Daka both have strong faith, something they have in common, whereas it is not as common these days to be that devout in a person's religion. They both lost parents early in their life who inspired them to pursue their footballing career. The implication wasn't that Africans must be paired up and automatically be best friends, as you seem to be implying. It was that their shared beliefs, experiences and backgrounds could help facilitate a strong friendship in a way we've already seen it happen with Iheanacho and Ndidi. Perhaps I phrased it poorly, and the resulting discussion was certainly not expected or intended.
  6. Well yeah, playing for Liverpool is the biggest dream of his life, he's not kept that a secret or anything. But he's got plenty of years left in his career, and while I don't want us to be a stepping stone club, if he has a very specific goal in mind, coming to us and playing the best football he can would give him the best chance of achieving it.
  7. "Mercato: will Mohamed Camara leave Red Bull Salzburg this summer? In any case, the Austrian club has just made the promotion of his compatriot Mamady Diambou with the nucleus A. Moreover, Mohamed Camara appears on the shelves of Lille ..." Can't say I understand the relevance.
  8. Now that's all over and done with... When's he getting announced?
  9. The intention was to highlight something they have in common with each other, I was not expecting that debate. Thought from his many interviews thanking God and only celebration being to sign a cross and point to the sky it was well known that Iheanacho was Christian. Apparently I was wrong.
  10. There's no way that's accidental
  11. https://www.scoutedftbl.com/best-young-football-players/amine-adli/ From a look at this, he's exactly what we need. Attributes make him a natural right winger, young enough to be molded and trained into the position, but with experience in other positions to allow him be versatile enough to act as back up in formations that don't require wingers. Player of the season in Ligue 2, possible to get for around £10m. A player we can get on a budget, with tons of potential, filling a hole we desperately need filling. Would be such a perfect signing. I'm excited after reading that one article and knowing nothing else about the bloke.
  12. Something worth noting from this is his apparent strong faith. I can see him getting along with Iheanacho incredibly well.
  13. Surely Maddison could play either the Sterling role, or the midfield role? He's said he's eager to increase the number of positions he can play, it's why he played on the wing so much the other year.
  14. I'm liking these fans. Just hope they don't turn like the Turkish fans did when Under didn't see game time. Daka won't be playing every game.
  15. I would but I've heard somewhere that for the same £1 I could subscribe to a certain publication for a month, although I seem to have forgotten which one...
  16. Security has to keep doing patrols around the perimeter to stop Bielsa peering over the fence with his binoculars.
  17. He can sign as a backup if he wants in badly enough.
  18. I'm sure we have targets for replacements for every position. Of course this particular topic is a moot point when Ndidi isn't going anywhere.
  19. Who said Maddison would be a starter in that system? Besides, whatever formation we transition to, we would still be very fluid, having another we can switch to mid game. Also Maddison can play on a "wing", he'd still roam and switch around with the right striker in such a system. But no matter what formation we play, there will be a great player who doesn't fit, which means we'll looking at mixing it up on a regular basis, and I can see a 4-4-2 with: Edouard-Iheanacho Barnes-Tielamans-Ndidi-Mystery RW being a very interesting option. Rodgers wants more goals, this would get them.
  20. Why does this give me the feeling that we will start to transition to a more traditional 4-4-2?
  21. Breaking News about Youri Tielemans from a solid source! He's ****ing dynamite!
  22. Looks like Tielemans isn't the only player who's dynamite. We are blue and white, Schmeichel's dynamite, We stand side by side, Together you and I!
  23. If there's no announcement in 5 minutes I'll assume the deal fell through because we lost Champions League football, we're selling every fan favourite player, Rodgers is off to manager Crystal Palace, everyone at the club has given up on ever challenging for Europe again, and we'll be relegated by Christmas. Edit: Got the date wrong. If he's not announced in 24 hours then the above is all true.
  24. What's that to the tune of? She'll be coming round the mountain?
  25. Yeah, it's called Youri's agent, it's what he's paid for.
