  1. I'm sure that tomorrow the Israel - Hamas conflict will be sorted now that Jonathan Ashworth has been replaced by an independent
  2. Leicester East firmly keeping its grip as "absolute ****ing basket case of the country"
  3. Anybody still waiting to receive a postal vote? My wife applied for one this year and we still haven't had it through!
  4. Do wonder who we will get from Chelsea if this does happen as reported. Only options for me are Broja and Fofana. Would love Alfie Gilchrist but cannot see that happening, maybe Malang Sarr or Harvey Vale?
  5. Obvious that KDH needs to go, and imagine Chelsea pay what it takes. Just pray we replace him with Nanasi
  6. @Ric Flair has a few times. Good player, good profile for what we don't have. Maybe a little too steep a price for me.
  7. Happy with the Fofana link as part of this deal, good profile of striker for us Hard pass on Casadei
  8. I could get behind a Theate-Coady-Faes back 3
  9. Ridiculous what's happening between Chelsea, Villa and Everton, but in fairness to them, completely within the rules and gets them out of a bind. If we had any sense we'd be selling Wanya to Chelsea for 20m and happily purchasing one of their youth duffers for the same price
  10. Best performance of the campaign, although the Corybn question did rightly stumble him quite substantially, but that aside, his answers on the political choices he is making was a level of sensible, open decision making we haven't seen from politicians in quite a while
  11. Well that's shit
  12. Have a slight preference for Corberan but Potter would be a really impressive hire. Happy with that
  13. Yes to see him trending on twitter does show the odious side of the far left. He's also bang on in this clip.
  14. Forde hosts a political podcast and is a Labour man, also hosts a football podcast with Richardson (who's lent his voice to a few Labour campaign videos this campaign)
  15. Been one I've rated for a while, and impressed watching him for Denmark now. Jonas Wind is a lovely link up forward
  16. Corbyn was popular in 2017, but not across the electorate, it was just the first real occasion of an echo chamber occurring in the social media age. To those that supported him, it appeared that he was far more popular than he was. I do however, think it's underestimated how much hope he gave to a good number of people about politics in 2017. 2019 was batshit crazy
  17. Always felt the tories would recover to some level of respectability (seat wise), but I'm convinced they are getting a Canada style wipeout now.
  18. A loan with £20m option is a no brainer. Get him confident and consistently fit and he's easily worth double that.
  19. Expecting a rather non-committal vague manifesto from Labour, which shouldn't really affect their election hopes. In all honesty, not sure if that makes me feel there is no real plan, or that the plan is more radical than most think and they just don't want to risk rocking the boat.
  20. We need to go to a 3-4-3 system. Suits our current squad and Ricardo moving to RW and Justin moving to RCB protects both careers.
  21. Spending money on a left back just seems silly when we have VK (unless VK really wants to leave)
  22. Justin would work at RWB (maybe even as a wide centre back too). Ricky will struggle in this system, doesn't have the legs to be RWB or as one of two central midfielders. He could work as part of the front 3 though
  23. 3 - 4 - 2 - 1 suits our squad to be honest. We will need a mobile centre midfielder to partner Winks - assuming KDH goes (Lamine Camara please). But, I think this appointment could work....I still don't see Potter fancying it
  24. Seems to have far more moral purpose than Kier and Rishi. It's a slight wasted vote where I am, but think it's one I'll make anyway.
  25. I'd full on take Potter if it meant we avoided cooper. However, I don't think it will be any of those mentioned yet (A shame, as I'd really like Corberan). Will be someone left field, always is with us.
