  1. I think EFL want to hit us for 22/23 as we escaped punishment from the PL by saying we were an EFL club.
  2. Think he called Dean Smith getting the job first but that's pretty much it.
  3. It's a concerning article but the anonymous sources from other clubs saying they expect the club to be in breach aren't exactly unbiased!
  4. Soule available on loan 🤔
  5. Agree, feels like we were screwed by the fiasco of 22/23 and only a firesale could have avoided another breach if that is the case, but then we would have put promotion at risk and got hammered by the EFL. By the way, Blue Tinted Glasses' source was Stefan Borsan, they just didn't attribute it.
  6. Yeah, he isn't all kwowing - he's left himself enough room by saying 'high risk' rather than definite. The point is it is Leicester he's talking about as he's said this just last week - let's hope he's wrong.
  7. They said the same on the EPL punishment and were proven right. As crap as they are managing the finance side, they're as good on lawyering up.
  8. Maguire is talking about us for sure, he said as much last week on national radio.
  9. Know I'm contributing to making this thread hot unnecessarily but Maguire's already said on TalkSport last week that he's heard noises from his sources that we're vulnerable to a PSR charge, even though the club are confident there is no issue. He's looked at our finances as well and he thinks it's dicey. So very likely us in that tweet that's being referenced but nothing new. We'll know for sure either way soon enough.
  10. The original poster said he was joking about this.
  11. They do get some stuff like team lineups just before the official announcement but they're better for analysis than breaking news, as often they get that wrong. This latest tweet is clearly for engagement, says nothing more than the Guardian article.
  12. The Guardian had already reported that the EPL think we have a case to answer and we'd hear by 13 Jan so not sure what's new here beyond someone looks for engagement by reposting the story in a slightly different way? The bit I don't get is the KDH sale, as it was reported at the time it was booked in time on the accounts but the article suggests it wasn't?
  13. It's likely us as he has flagged he's heard noises that we may face a charge even though the club is confident. Could be a case of mischief-making in a transfer window given we got one over the FPL and EPL.
  14. From what I read, we can still get loan players from abroad where the cap is six players - is that correct? This still screws us in the domestic market.
  15. Another link to Brassier from Marseille:
  16. Seen that JJ video compilation has already been posted.
  17. When we're chasing the game, we go from a mid-block to a higher line so we need pacier central defenders to play like this.
  18. It's mind boggling. Emery knew there was a mistake in JJ, hence bringing Maatsen on and it paid off almost immediately.
