I can sympathise. I suppose spending time with dread over something nobody can do anything about is the ultimate waste of the time you have. I say this as someone prone to catastrophizing. Although that is very debilitating I do try and confine it over things I can influence but know deep down I have no right to control.

Would any of us have chosen Daka to take a penalty. I think not many. Yet another way we contrive to not win a game. I would have expected somebody like Winks to step up or our best player Jordan James. Again a decent away point but you just know we won't follow it up with more than an isolated win few and far between
