  1. Two of the idiots were 23. Mind boggles
  2. Anyone would think Top and Rudkin are trying to smash the club in a fit of pique by employing this bloke
  3. Just one modicum of success at Saints and that was probably less than expected at the time. Nothing in his CV suggests he will lift the club out of the mire actually the contrary
  4. Can you imagine the outrage from some?
  5. Hard to have much sympathy for idiots who had so little regard for other people or even their own families. 18 is plenty old enough to understand personal responsibilities. If you want thrills there must be lots of legitimate activities to enjoy.
  6. Top and Rudkin must have some sort of OCD to persist with the nonsense that has got us here with the prospect of things getting worse under Martin.
  7. Yet a sensible line has to been drawn somewhere. I think one problem is that in the past a lot of us left school at 15 or 16 and entered full time work and naturally mixed with all ages and influences changed.
  8. Yet it was seen as a good idea to let 16 and 17 year olds vote as deemed mature enough. I agree that SM needs regulation but my goodness what a lack of moral compass and basic sensibilities some must have to be so influenced.
  9. The club was always going to put itself under more pressure by giving the job to Martin. Nobody wanted him apart from the clowns in charge
  10. What a fall from grace. If Martin is still in post beyond ten games definitely on course for relegation. It ain't going to work
  11. I just can't get my head around appointing a bloke that has obviously had a torrid time. The club needed a manager that was on the up even if it was at the same or lower level. Thinking Brian Little, Martin O'Neill etc etc. No we going looking in the reject bin
  12. It seems a heck of a lot of our players are useless when playing for us despite doing OK previously or after they leave. Something rotten at the heart of the club.
  13. Agree with you. I would imagine anger at their loved one's reckless action will be part of their emotions at some point. Complete waste of life
  14. So glad I'm retired with a much lower social circle. Don't miss the Monday morning analysis of the weekend matches. Would have nothing positive to say about our club to fans of other teams
  15. Bit like a death cult
  16. If anything like the incident in Ireland I can't comprehend what could possess anyone to take part in madness like that. Whatever social media lunacy there is nobody should be that stupid and criminally irresponsible.
  17. About time we deployed the bloody parachute
  18. This is one of those times you visualise a forthcoming event with a sense of not looking forward to it and low and behold it's worse than you thought it could be
  19. I remember footballers going up the pyramid and the realisation they could handle the higher level. We are going the other way and not yet settled at the lowest level despite consecutive drops. The club should admit the obsession with Martin is a farce and get rid NOW.
  20. There is a saying in England. Going for a Burton. This is happening to Leicester City.
  21. Northampton went up from 4th tier to first and back down .
  22. Like a moth to a flame
  23. There must be deep seated problems. How Rudkin retained the confidence of Top must be crux of them.
  24. We thought the third tier would be our nadir but the unrelenting decline continues. The club are the only people who thought Martin was the answer. Football equivalent to Liz Truss
  25. You just know only our club suffering an absolute slump would employ a manager also in crisis.
