  1. Did you forget this? "Oh wow a real funny guy here. Honestly don’t know who you think you are but this is a Leicester city fan forum foxestalk. If you want to come on here as a Newcastle fan then just be respectful and kind, otherwise you can go back to geordietalk"
  2. Hey, you've been told off by Samilktray already and told to be nice (you being a NUFC fan) 🤣. Powerful people throughout the ages have used " divide and rule" to mask their own failure and get the plebs to blame the wrong people and fight each other. The villains here are rich boy and his useless cronies but they succeed in turning us city fans ( and you toon fans... 😐) against each other. FTR. I thought Cooper was a mistake, l think RvN is a worse one but sadly not unexpected in either case.
  3. Don't confuse my comments as being an approval of Cooper, l didn't want him, but what l did want was an IMPROVEMENT on him, once again though our brainless rich boy got it WRONG with his decision to appoint an untested, untried, unproven novice when what was actually needed (assuming genius level, messiahs were unavailable) was a proven, experienced man with a track record of managing below average talent such as us. Cooper for all his faults got some kind of tune out of the crap we call our squad, ugly, lucky Football maybe, but we were NEVER in the bottom 3 under him and frankly we could barely have done worse since his knee jerk dismissal. Lets be honest we are splitting hairs to compare these two when the real architects of our downfall are neither man but quite clearly our clueless owner and his equally hapless DoF, we are on an RMS Titanic course and inevitably destined to meet our own iceberg under these idiots masquerading as competent individuals. It doesnt take a Nostrodamus to see where we will likely be in a year or two and frankly mid table championship mediocrity is overwhelmingly the best case scenario, entirely due to appallingly bad leadership and nothing at all to do with Cooper or Van Nistelrooy.
  4. Saying that "Cooper had the pre season" is like saying give a good manager sunday league players and he'll turn them into champions league material! No amount of time with our sh!t could make them average. It seems to me that the cooperouts are so so desperate not to be wrong and admit that lovely Ruud is worse that they will use every excuse in the book and add a few more too. Under this Rooney v2 we will lose and lose again, we now concede more and score virtually zero, factually much worse than Cooper.
  5. Improvement on Cooper? Dont make me laugh, clueless ex Man u striker - Rooney 2. Coopers style was suited to our hopeless, talentless dross and playing his totally unentertaining way was very clearly our only very slim chance of survival. Once again fvcked up royally by the equally talentless dross running the club.
  6. Front 4 looks good, back 4 look disastrous... Which will prevail?
  7. I see it's "Ruud van Nistelrooy's Leicester city" on TNT tonight... 😡 I guess it's bound to be as it's no longer "Wayne Rooney's Plymouth".
  8. For me too, but then l did change my underpants this week.. 😐
  9. I see them as another unfashionable club like us and frankly I'd cheer any team not in the greedy six club winning anything! Good luck to them.
  10. Please explain how, not having a go, l want to believe but simple old me can't see how it could be.
  11. Very strong line up (for us) with the exception of Faes, clearly a selection to win convincingly and build confidence, however if we still under perform, lose or get a key injury then the gamble will backfire big time. Has our manager accepted that we are down whatever? To say I'm personally unimpressed with RvN is an understatement.
  12. Maybe he should try coaching himself and in time he could improve to apalling. No one should equate his lack of talent with his lack of human kindness, but he's employed to stop people scoring not to be a nice bloke!
  13. "our club"? By which you mean the man who does the throwing? Van Nistelrooy? I suppose by extension the owner chose him so in that respect it is "our club". Is it timidity or realism that frankly our young players are utter crap, much like our senior players.
  14. Every round has upsets, we are premier league, at home, whereas they are mid table championship and away... Nailed on defeat for us l fear 0-2.
  15. It seems obvious to me that our present owner has little or no interest in our club, l think we are basically a memorial to his father now, ln which case we could be in any league. I really think that if he doesn't sell, we will pretty soon be back in league 1 or at best mid championship for years.. And quite frankly with all the other BS in football atm that would finish it for me.
  16. Great stuff bud, l love reading your well written and fascinating articles.
  17. United earn a draw at Anfield, remarkable as one of the first team is expecting their first child too..
  18. Aagh, you guessed, well as you now know I'll tell you the truth, Ward was on the bench sure because l had no option. Would l have played him if l had another option? Not a chance, the man is sgriw as we say in the valleys. The signings? Well l was given a small list of players by... Well, l can't say (NDA) so lets just say he has the same initials as a character from Dallas ( the TV show not the city) . It was a tough gig sure, but l felt l had some chance with a bunch of third raters but l forgot what I'd been told about their inflated ego's and how they would look for excuses to cover their own lack of talent and effort. I think l could have succeeded if your owner hadn't had the same idea of blaming me to cover his own many and various shortcomings and after l accidentally unstuck the pages of the MUFC magazine 2004 I found in his office and saw the picture (photo l took below) , I pretty much knew when he became available l was out. Anyway no worries boyo, I'm in the Bahamas on my boat atm so l really dont need any numbers. Ps. Please keep this to yourself.
  19. Wow, what an inciteful person you are, you seem to know things that no one could possibly know! Not even the man himself! Brilliant! Maybe you could PM the lottery numbers to me as l have no doubt you can see them clearly...
  20. Spot on, another reason why football is becoming less a sport and more "entertainment" ala F1. When the primary goal is to make money then just like any money making enterprise, control is vital and eliminating unexpected events crucial to the business plan. It's as close to fixing matches as requiring the players of promoted clubs to wear lead weights in their boots!
  21. Lol. That makes no difference whatsoever to my point. You employ a driver with the single condition "dont crash the car" and he doesn't but drives poorly so you sack him thinking sooner or later he will. You employ a new guy, same condition he drives ok but eventually crashes the car. Does that make him better or worse than the first guy? He can't be better because although he drove ok, he crashed and the first guy didn't, the fact he drove for longer is irrelevant! Those who like the second guy now blame the car saying "well what do you expect its a crap car". Same car as the first guy had but they didn't like him and anyway the roads were less bendy for him! The fact is neither driver is any good and the cars owner inherited the car from his dad, doesn't understand it, employs idiots to service it and anyway he'd rather be off playing with his horse!
  22. You are correct, most didn't want him including me, but l just thought he was getting the best out of, quite frankly dross, he was employed to keep us up, i.e out of the bottom 3, this he did. However, Top decided he fancied a novice with a legendary tag instead, and like many on here fantasised about how good we could be with a miracle worker in charge. We'll never know if Cooper could have succeeded (most unlikely with our rubbish squad). However as the worst he could have done was to oversee a relegation, then if lovely handsome Ruud also takes us down then it is quite reasonable to say that he is no better than Cooper, and as the chances of him being exactly the same as horrible unattractive Steve are vanishingly unlikely, then he is probably worse! Another stunning decision from our brilliant rich boy... I mean owner.
  23. Well our wise owner and directors have a real talent for making the wrong decisions, so sacking the ugly, boring man who may just have kept us up for a pretty face is par for the course. Frankly us and Soton properly deserve to go down.
  24. Love love love your optimism String, hope hope hope it isn't misplaced.
  25. Well, your opinion, everything l read said it was about the future direction, not just money.
