Just pay off the rest of his contract and get him nowhere near the Seagrave or the KP again. He drains the players around him, makes the opposition feel 10ft tall and can't actually save a shot. Treat it like an investment - getting rid of something that actually messes with everything else.

The problem is you don’t really get to see what was right about the decisions. Especially for their 2nd goal the lines made little sense. -
Liverpool 3-1 LCFC, post match thread
Chelmofox replied to Phil Mitchell's topic in Leicester City Forum
Dont think there is much to moan about there, other than Daka not connecting with that chance at 2-1. Every time we pushed forward they were all over us and quick to counter. They are just playing a different sport to us right now. Don't think Liverpool deserved 3, and thought Jakub was really good. Bilal great, FB pretty poor. -
The lad is sauce. Has a good career ahead of him once Mads goes to Chelsea.

Any rumours who has and hasn't travelled? Especially in the goalkeeping department

We have quite a few scousers in our company. I've always found them great fun, full of energy and always game for a night out. But no self awareness at all. Criticise anything (no matter how minor) about their city or their club, and you are for it. I've had the 'Leicester fans are the worst who ever visit' a few times, but i've also heard that about many other fans as well.

2024 can go f**k itself. The year everything crumbled around me and i no longer understood the truth about the 20 years. Have battled something the last 8 months that i never thought would happen to me, and i've tried to do my best to do right and plod along, but they are still there and unfortunately things won't change. It's hard to do the right things when you know what's happened and what is still going on. It's hard to do right when you can barely sleep or think straight, and you have to keep working because if you don't that will crumble around you. I miss my dad so much - he was one of the only people who really understood me. The help has been unbelievable (but belittled), and there are some people in my life who have been unbelievable help to me. Dread to think what would have happened if they weren't there. I have zero christmas spirit. The smile on my face takes a lot of effort and i just can't wait for the day to be over. I wish i was on my own. Can't wait for this year to be over. I hope it might work like a reset, but i know that's just hope. I read this thread a lot (never had the confidence to post) and I really admire the supportive comments people post that have helped me at times. I hope those of you suffering find the support you need to make things better. You all deserve it.

Commodore Amiga. Batman pack. Joint present for me and my brother. It's a cliche but it changed my life and I ended up becoming a software engineer.

His PL stats don't agree with you, and the Stoke fans didn't think much of him. Sorry. And Iversen has featured even less that Ward in the last 6 months. I wish i could close my eyes and make it better. Its all about Mads and Jakub. fwiw, i think Jakub is the real deal, but not quite as good as Mads. I think Mads is one of the best in the PL. -

Iversen is a shite as Ward, just not as calamitous or funny when it goes wrong (Ward is comedy gold when he messes up). In our relegation season, Iversens stats were worse than Wards and Iversen had calamitous games himself (revisit the Fulham game). If the feeling was that either Jakub or Hermansen were only 1 game away from fitness, i 'appreciate' the decision to not change the defensive structure to accommodate Iversen. Facundo gives the ball away a lot. I kind of understand why you might want to start only one of him and Bilal, especially when the latter is our player. -
Yeah i hear it - but surely Ward isn't shouting that, no matter how shit he is. But JJ definitely responds to a keepers should. Could it be Gomes shouting it, or am i just wearing a tin foil hat? So funny that Faes scored that own goal against Liverpool ignoring the keepers shout, and this has happened with JJ reacting to it.

Vardy is playing far too much. He limped off after a heavy stretch towards the end of the game. Daka has next to no match fitness. It made a lot of sense to play him.

I had my reservations when the team came out Sunday afternoon. But, having to pick our 3rd keeper I can understand why he may have opted for a more defensive setup especially after the pounding from Newcastle. I love Buonanotte, but he gives the ball away a lot. Not just a few time - a lot. One of the first things Buonanotte did when he came on was stepping over the ball when passed too - immediate Wolves attack. I think Buonanotte blows hot and cold more than most of us are willing to admit. When he has been brilliant though he is a joy to watch. Ruud has been dealt a sh1tty hand with Injuries. The Mads one is a killer. If Ruud is trying to get this lot organised in a certain way, i can understand why going for Iversen (himself not great anyway) might feel counterproductive if it meant changing the whole defensive shape. Ward did play the same way with his feet as Mads, and before the first calamitous goal we were looking ok. But once the Ward yips appeared it was game over. Both us and Wolves were as bad as each other. The difference was the goalkeeper. Mads is the difference. Need him back. Jan window will be interesting, but history is a good indicator to what Ruud will get. -
I feel there is nothing more important in my life right now that this guy getting fit and back in the first team. And i am going through a lot of sh1t in my life right now.

The ahead of him then are now injured This isn't some rite of passage for Ward to become out number 1 again. It's a gigantic fu** up for sure, but let's not pretend Ruud actually wants this.
-
You just know that Ward never thought he would play PL football again. I bet he was as gobsmacked as everyone when he was told to find his gloves half time against Newcastle. And you just know that on Wednesday he will polish of the most expensive Turkey you can buy, sink about 3 bottles of expensive plonk, have a 6 pack of Stella and 2 christmas puddings, and hit the sack at about 3am after binging on some Netflix on his 130inch OLED tv. Then he gets the call from Ruud Thursday morning, telling him Mads missus demanded action all night and he's pulled the other bollock, 'so get yeeer best gloves on...'.

Who beat us 4-0
-
Just looked at the replay and there is no way Ward makes a call. Its far to far away from him and JJ would have been able to see where Ward was. I don't hear anything on the replay either but then there is lots of crowd noise etc. Even though he's out of form, it was a really off choice from JJ.
-
Im positive. Both us and Wolves were shite. The difference was the goal keeper. Vards should have done better for his first opportunity and was unlucky with his second. Wolves didnt deserve to win that 0-3 at all. January is key, but so are injuries. We've just got to muddle through the next 3 games and make sure Mads / Jakub and Ndidi are fit.
-
I still have a blue stamp on my hand to show i had a can of the finest larger.
-
He had a transfer window and neither were injured.
-
No. He’s our third choice because our first 2 are injured. If Mads and Jakub are a very short time away from being back, we aren’t losing every game because we are playing Ward.
