And when he makes those changes, queue FT for complaining he didn't the strongest 11.

This - i saw a lot of respect and fair play to him for turning around and making a point of clapping back.

Anyone headed to pubs near London Bridge tomorrow? Im not going to the match but will be at The Shard. The Shipwrights Arms is often fun if the weather is nice. -
The whole point of the numbers picked is so they don't relegate them.

Leicester 'could face points deduction next season'

You danced a bit too close with Tracy from accounts at the Christmas party didn't you?! We don't know how how the commission deals with anything, but with Lawyers involved and such large amounts of money at stake, i have a feeling that the process will have to be pretty clear and i don't think they will just throw the book at anyone. Its why Evertons and Forests deductions seem almost engineered to give them every chance of staying up. -
hahah! Will be only be 2 rows in front of them No hardship - just struck me as odd.

I just don't see Luton being able to do it. PL are gambling on this too, and im pretty sure we will see this penalties reduced to compensate if needed. I imagine the worst thing that happened to the PL was Everton's dramatic loss of form. , as for a while it looked like they could be mid table. The ideal scenario would be that Everton / Forest stay up with a punishment, and i am sure that any loss of revenue for points deductions will be dealt with in future PSR calculations, almost as an act of goodwill. This season has all been about letting the cat out of the bag. I think in future seasons they won't care about deductions causing relegation.

If it becomes an issue the appeal will get that lowered to 1 point. They will be gambling that reductions this year don't cause relegation. -

The number of points is just enough so they won’t get relegated. -
Do we? Lacking in key areas for me (inverted, attack midfield). Lots of Goalkeepers and out of favour strikers though.

I was bang on 8am. Seats been available for every game this season. Can't believe someone got in before me

Its documented that following the World Cup they were looking at where they might finish up the table. We slept walked into Relegation. Whilst on here we were all thinking it was a serious possibility, at the club it was barely a concern. -

Wasn't there an issue with the fact Barnes wanted to stay? Would presume that they would have had to have gone through a process with him to help him make the decision that is was ok to leave. Madders was easy - he couldn't wait to get out. -

Should be easy with Leitzig and Missy Goodwin on 200k a week each . -
Have 65 points and booked my tickets at 8am. First time this season we couldn't get our preferred seats. Seems like where we like to sit is a season ticket holder who only comes to the last game of the season.

We don't 100% know. Everything i have read that claims to be an authority on the matter says not this season, as there is not enough time for the relevant hearings / reviews / appeals to happen before the end of the season. I don't think we know what has happened so far so i fear there is an element of guesswork in that. We still don't know the breach amount, as the final PSR calculation will include things that haven't been released yet. I think we won't know until it happens. Based on a how we have seen things pan out, i doubt we start the season on a points reduction either. IMHO, the lack of transparency in timelines is another issue with all this. Its the fans that lose out at the end of the day. -
Its not mad. As mentioned before the strategy is to pull the attacker in, make him commit which creates additional space. Faes and Vesty won't have thought anything was wrong right until the very last moment as the goal is to draw the attacker in. Whilst i don't think the process is mad (although can be heart in mouth stuff), I agree with @StriderHiryu that playing a quick GK at 44 mins in the first half is wrong. Wind down the clock as much as possible and try and give them nothing to sniff at. In this instance, they should clock that Stansfied is practically in the box, and then wave all the players up the field with Wout and Jannick doing their slowest walks ever. Can waste nearly a minute with that Pickford textbook move.

Transfer embargoes are over the top imho, especially as they are likely to change the rules anyway. No sense crippling clubs like that. -
Livescore says they had 8 shots, with 5 on target. Oddly, Brum had no corners. Don't agree we made them look decent at all. Thought they were poor and were hanging on in that 2nd half. We made Norwich (who are 3rd in the 10 game form table) look next to hopeless. The same Norwich that then did one on Ipswich. There's a slightly nasty arrogance assuming we should just be blowing these teams away. We have seen Leeds drop points to the likes of Huddersfield. Our performance against Bournemouth gave me hope that we would be able to compete with the bottom half of the table, but next season is going to be a slog no matter what.

WTF!?!? Faes did nothing wrong. This is the moment he makes the short pass to Mads. This is something even teams who don't play possession football do regularly. Blaming Feas is nonsense. Its Mads mistake, but as has been mentioned a few times, how he regrouped afterwards shows he has a very strong mentality. He'll learn from this - he's young.

Especially when the attackers move back into an onside position, which Daka did. I know the letter of the law sees it differently but there is a good reason why at the time no one complained about Dakas position. VAR doesn’t really benefit the game in this situation.

There will be more dropped points for sure. Teams at the bottom and pushing for playoffs will all be dangerous. No one has easy games. -
At times Hamza has been great, at other times he's been ok, and there have been a few times where he he has switched off and been really poor. He gets a lot of hate on here, but the one thing everyone could probably agree on is that Riccy P is on another level. Yesterday highlighted for me how he has now seamlessly cracked this inverted role and you can see him float from midfield to defence quickly and does a great job in and out of possession. Its less consistent with Hamza, but at times hes been an ok backup.
-
And yet you refuse to appreciate the benefits it brings, and instead use belittling terms like 'Pep disciple' when yesterday's mistake wasn't even a move out of the Pep book anyway. It was just a standard move out of the back. What gets me even more is people trying to blame the moment on Faes.
