Its because Chelsea should have got a points deduction, but didn't, screams why people get so frustrated about how the different laws are dealt with. I think its very fair to point back to this - as it highlights favoritism where certain clubs seem to be able to get away with it. Certainly doesnt mean that we should not deal with things properly moving forward - although do you have faith next time it happens to Chelsea that they will deal with it properly? I don't. In process for sure, but in the meantime Man City continue to win trophies and spend huge amounts of money (and make money from those assets). Pep is going to leave, having been able to spend his whole career there benefiting from it. I get bored of hearing about it too, but again, its fair to point out. Part of me still thinks if this was a 'lesser' club that they would have been put under some sort of embargo somehow/where.

If Hull win, Borough have nothing to complain about imho. They’ve been training all week anyway as they knew this was a likely outcome, and they’ve effectively been given a bye after they wasted so many chances in that first leg. If Borough win, it’s a mess. Hull had to prepare for 2 opponents, and Borough were beaten in the previous round. I think Borough might have Hackney back, so they may have a stronger team.

To only hold the manager accountable would be insane. No way would he on his own have made this decision. We are not talking Pep here, we are talking about a guy who come through the Academy, was interim and then got the gig first time. It would have needed sign off somewhere, and then there would have been the small matter of using the information in meetings etc. If the manager could have done this on his own, and noone else at the club had an idea, its even worse from a governance perspective. Arguably Jordan James also has a big decision to make too, and Mads at times was a calamity for West Ham earlier in the season so im not convinced you can compare both exactly the same way. Jordan issue is his fitness - can he stay healthy enough to have a bigger impact at a higher level?

He's below average at this level. 2 relegations at 2 clubs in 2 years. The part of his game he excels at doesnt work for those at the bottom of the table, and he not going to Man City or Arsenal. He's got a big decision to make at the end of this season for sure.

I’ve wanted to watch more of him, and saw the last few games. He’s looked tidy and can see room for improvement. I wouldn’t say he looked class though. From what I saw he doesn’t affect the game enough. But out of a lot of our academy boys he’s the one I’m rooting for the most. Hope he can kick on for us next season.
