Nyoni gets talked about on here like hes been a rip roaring success at Liverpool. But even with the additional opportunities for starting at Liverpool, he has 0 PL minutes and his start in the FA Cup against Plymouth saw Liverpool lose and i dont remember seeing much from him in that game. He's been on the bench a few times, and that's part and parcel of Liverpool being in so many competitions. But i still think being sat on the bench isn't a guide to success when blooding new talent. With the youngsters, time will tell. No matter what route Monga takes its a risk, but im not convinced the decision will be made based on a few games on the bench next season, plus a start against a lower league club in the cups.

Madness. Lose every game for the rest of the season and the majority of the fans turn on King. King isn't ready for the top job, he is more value for us long term if we let him learn the job properly he could develop into a great coach for us.
-
Last game i saw them win on TV at FT they were playing 'I predict a riot' whilst Farke was fist pumping all the fans around the stadium. Will never learn will they.
-
He was recovering from an ACL for most of last season, and then had a few other injuries whilst getting back.
-
Was hoping to be out in London with a very old friend who moved to Canada. They've just had to cancel their trip.

For a while he had pretty decent goal contribution stats in the Championship. That Leeds game was the day it all fell apart. He had a legit goal chalked off that would have made it 2-0 to us, then he scuffed that shot. He confidence was shot after that. The fact he couldn't pick himself up after that when we were playing Championship dross there for the taking tells you what you need to know about his mentality. Oddly, the game showed me what he was made of was the Leeds away game in our relegation season. We had got the game back to 1-1, and Daka was through and pretty much 1 on 1 with the keeper. Instead of taking his chance and going for it, he squared it to Vardy who was scored but was offside. It was a bad decision that i think he made out of respect. What that 3 points would have done to that season as well.

Daka always comes across as lovely in his interviews. I never doubt he would be a lovely bloke to be around. But when we talk about mentality, and desire etc, he should have made it his mission to be our number 1. He should have been laser focussed to have achieved that, no matter what. Instead, he's shown Vardy far too much respect. I think in the early days he waited for his opportunity, rather that pushing to take it. Thats then symbolised where he is now. 1 goal this season for someone who should be hitting their prime years. Sad thing is, this whole experience has probably given him everything he needs to make his next move a success. I've always felt he will go somewhere with a completely different mind set and take his opportunities. Will probably go somewhere in Italy and bag 20 goals in a season.

Dont remember that. Any sources for that?

We know that we lose against Man City, they then sack Ruud, and we spend 3 games hiring the replacement.
-
The reserves are really good though. Why sh you want to wish Faes on them?
-
Yeah that Southampton game was horrible.
-
And in the team that lost to West Ham. Had a shocker that game, including an own goal.
-
Are transfer windows not a thing in Chelsea land?
-
And Vardy has missed a lot of excellent chances this year.

Just get rid. Can't stand going through this charade. He cant be in charge next season. He looks f***ed and hates every minute of his job. -
When you watch the ball stick to Monga's feet on friday, and he dances around defenders for fun, it really makes you appreciate watching the ball constantly bounce off Daka. He has no skill at all.
-
Meh - yup. Just me and the boy on a sunday evening though. Even if the football is sh1te we manage to have a good time. one day he will be grown up and wont give a sh1t.
-
Weirdly up for this now.
-
Its funny how he can turn people really quickly. About a month ago my Chelsea supporting mate was still massively in love with Enzo, but amusingly it was the game against us that he turned. Basically saying they had the players to smash us 3 or 4 nil but instead Enzo would rather stick to one thing than go for it
-
They were league 1 once you know.
-
Do we still have goal music? If we win do we play Freed from desire?
-
Problem is - i will be there. Always a snag.
-
Its done, so maybe just release some of the pressure off everyone and have a go. Lets get some momentum and give everyone we play something to think about. Wolves now only have to keep their noses in front. Lets just try and enjoy some football again. And score a goal?

I have no insider knowledge, but there has been too much noise about him and too many itk people telling the same story. Can't blame the kid for wanting to to be coached at, and experience elite level. Be managed by Pep and train with KDB etc every week, or be managed by Brussel Martin () in the Championship next season training with Ayew, Bobby and Hamza. -

You could, but then he's training and attending every game at multiple levels. He's also got to go to school. Baring in mind the first team is a toxic mess, you can see why it might get too much. Saying that it is very hard to watch last nights game and not think he is good enough, or nearly good enough. There were times he switched off, times the defenses just backed off him, but when he was in the zone he looked special. Defenders in the PL are going to be another level and they aren't just going to let him dance around them. But i would love to see how he adapted to play a team like Man U.
