It’s pointless sacking him! We’re not going g up this season. The rot goes much much deeper than the manager. Replacing him won’t do jack! We need a complete overhaul starting with DoF, scouting, and recruitment. I won’t hold my breath though, Top hadn’t got a friggin’ clue

I think this season is a right off. Take the points deduction deduction and just see it out. There needs to be wholesale change! Starting with Rudkin. We need new ideas and a new direction.

Russell Martin represents a style of play that Top seems to be obsessed with. The trouble is we do not have the players, resources or talent to play that kind of football. We won the league in 2016 with a style of play that fitted the team. Football tactics follow trends and this possession based football is beginning to look like the skinny jeans of tactics. Until Top changes his mind about the way he wants the team to play nothing will change. Until he steps back and loosens his grip on the playing style we will be stuck in this endless shit show. Rudkin is just an incompetent yes man. he knows where his bread is buttered. I also think that RM is no better than RVN. We'd just be swapping turds. Change really does need to come from the "Top" but whilst he fetishises about owning a Pep style club nothing will change. He needs to adapt the same way football is adapting. He needs to pivot and stay ahead of the curve. A young director of football would advise him on this. Top is clearly a rich man son completely out of his depth. Change is desperately needed but wont happen.

I hope RVN walks and shows up the board for what they are. They're an utter disgrace. Our squad is clearly struggling and to accept this and fail to sign better players when it's so glaringly obvious we need reinforcements is unforgivable.

Whats the point in changing manager. No manager will be able to keep us up unless the club invests in players. I know everyone hates Rodgers but he wasnt backed properly and we went down. Enzo called them out for not getting him the players he wanted and jumped ship. RVN has been told there were funds for players. Yet again the club isnt backing the manager and we'll go down again. When it becomes a trend it's no longer the mangers at fault but the club. Look at Forest. They splashed the cash and stayed up. Now look at them. It's time for a complete overhaul of the top people at the club. Top needs to press reset after we get relegated or sell up. This current situation can't go on and on. Its horrendous.
