Looks like Maresca has told Fatawu to have a go at his man this half. Contrary to those who thought he'd coach that out of him.

I don't know if it's the glasses or his face but the angle Iwan Roberts glasses are sat at is really bothering me.

I think the difference is last season we weren't facing a 8-2-0 type formation. Agree it's been a bit slow but I don't think it's fair to compare to last season where teams weren't parking the bus against us like this.

I don't follow NFL so can't speak to that. Nor do I subscribe to the idea of football matches being rigged. Human error, pressure from particularly vocal managers of 'big' clubs or the pressure of certain stadiums perhaps influence referees sub-consciously but I don't believe in orchestrated corruption in the matches. The whole lot of them are far too incompetent to manage that. Quite different from the financial aspect which clearly is designed to favour bigger clubs. However, if I did believe in the conspiracy I'd still probably support Leicester and follow them because it is what I have done since being a kid. It's not so easy to just say, neh, done with this lot.

Today was a good day. Went for a tasting and tour at Glen Moray with my wife and mother in law, both of whom despise whisky. Lactose or milk sugar is used in beer to create more body and sweetness, for example in milk stouts. Now, I absolutely wouldn't put it past being added to cheap plonk for the same reason, but surely it has to be labelled because it is an allergen? If not then they're playing a very dicey game. I do recall that Italian wine makers were flogging off wine as Barolo to the Americans to which they'd added a lot of merlot I think, to sweeten it for that market. Caused quite a scandal.

Will certainly be watching this, superb release date by C4 as well. What I find remarkable, beyond the general hypocrisy and callousness, is the absolute political ineptitude of it all; this was always going to blow up into a PR disaster yet they did it anyway.
