Vestergaard has made fools of us all and I love him for it.

One of my best mates is a spuds fan, he rated Winks but thought we'd had our pants taken down on the Maddison deal. I argued overall the deal was fair, we surely got something off Winks' price and whilst I think Madders is a massive talent he's just too injury prone to be reliable. And he takes a lot of games after injury to hit form. This may be that rare occasion where I'm actually right.

Leaburn looking a level above everyone else for Charlton again tonight. Lads got the X Factor. Would be ideal in our current set up. -
Saturday nights homemade KFC. Hate me but respect my fried chicken game. Also don't drink and deep fry kids, you will end up getting burnt.

There's also a lot of rose tinted specs around football generally. 'I've fallen out of love with football'. I can understand it in terms of the dirty money swilling around the game. But in terms of the football itself? There was some absolute filth being played in the 90's and noughties. Yes, some good stuff but also a lot of tripe. I would like my youth returned though.

Yeah brilliant tifo. I don't know if there's another meaning but when I was a whipper snapper, which was before the advent of mobile phones, you always used to meet your mates at the clock tower.

Yes you stupid old bastard get innnn

He's been worse than useless. He'll probably score now

Okay Nacho don't bother challenging for the ball, that's quite alright.

A quick Google: Sheffield United’s club owner Prince Abdullah is a former general president of Saudi Arabia’s General Sports Authority. He has also built his wealth through his various business interests including a clutch of sports teams. The Saudi prince also founded the paper manufacturing company, the SPMC Group. Prince Abdullah’s sporting interests beyond Sheffield United include being an owner of the Belgian football club, Beerschot Wilrijk. His company, UTB LLC, secured a 50% stake in the team in July 2018 before increasing its stake to 75% in January 2020. His interests also continue in France and the UAE. Prince Abdullah announced in February 2020 that he was also an owner of the Dubai-based team, Al Hilal United FC. While the Saudi prince also completed a takeover of French outfit LB Chateauroux in March 2021. It followed his purchase of a newly-formed Indian team, Kerala United, in October 2020.

Difficult to say. Cray Valley had their biggest gate in history and made at least 75k, a huge sum for a club like that. If it had been a one shot chance I suspect Charlton have a much stronger bench which they utilise earlier in the first game and, as the replay proved, that was enough to blow Cray Valley away in a matter of minutes.

Can't wait for @StriderHiryu graphics on the effectiveness of man to man marking in the bog

Not hard drugs but there is a guy I watch on YouTube who cooks some nice food before lighting up a massive spliff.

Can't stand parsnips, too sweet. Big fan of hard drugs though.

So true Jim. And it's many of the same 'HMS P1ss the league' folk who HMS p1ss their pants after a couple of tight defeats. It's fine to criticise your team, of course, it's part of being a fan. But the wild swings from one extreme to the other are just bizarre.

Did you know for the last three decades Poch and Pep have been battling each other in a epic struggle worthy of Homer's Iliad? It's only been mentioned fifteen times. Wonderful game though. Slightly disturbed by some of the noises Carragher was making.
