I prefer Buo, like most do, but if Ayew had played like Buo in the last game, the linking up with Bilal would be immaterial and everyone would focus on the fall in the box in our best effort to drop to someone other than Vardy and the numerous times he ran into an opposition player and lost the ball. He'd have gotten hammered. He's scored as many goals as Facundo. And maybe the lads ill as well, but we need 30 minutes off the bench from him? Who knows?

Buo linked up well with Bilal, but he also gave the ball away a fair bit and messed up that chance where he basically fell over/dived when in a good position. There's a little justification on his last outing. Though I'd still start him.

To be fair on the face of it his record in Portugal for Benfica doesn't look amazing. In his last full season 30 games 7 goals 3 assists. But given all but 2 of those were off the bench he only played 643 minutes, that's actually a really good record. ~The half season before he left for the MLS he had 5 in 500 minutes. So proven he can do something off the bench as well as a starter. €18mill seems a reach but it's at least a workable fee that hopefully doesn't just escalate as it does with so many of our targets.
