Yes and Yes. That's more than been floating about before this. But thinking about it, he has the same goal return as Mav and played fewer games in a worse team. Would be great to have as an option with Mav. And he's played other positions. He's also only 21. HOWEVER Mavididi is 4cm taller and therefore the clearly superior player.

Luke Thomas held his own against Salah.

That passage of play for the second Vardy chance that was saved was class. If we can get more of that we'll pump a few sides. A good defensive workout for us too. Looked largely solid. And given the number of corners we gave away, that'd have been like giving away penalties in years gone by. So improved on that front. Vesty, the guy that apparently can't play for us at this level, was great.

I actually just think the lad is thick as fxxk. Doesn't have a clue where opponents are or who and when to pick people up. Looks lazy but I just think his brain isn't quick enough for the pace of the game here, hence doing ok in slower leagues.

Credit to Cooper. Seemed to squeeze the middle of the park a bit more second half and got more success. Might be bias but actually think we had the better of the chances in the end. First half was a continuation of the absolute shit we've seen preseason, 2nd half we were far better. Mav looked lively too. Buo, massive positive.
