Still a hardcore of fans who say if we played to his strengths he’d be brilliant. Like the opposition wouldn’t know what strength he does have and would happily defend on the halfway line leaving space for us to pop balls into for him to chase.

The reason I totally disagree with the transfer window being open for so long after the season starts. Was no premier league team even half interested in him pre season and he starts like he’s on a different level in this division and the rumour mill begins. Obviously a silly bid comes in we have to cash in but it could easily back fire on us. I’m half glad Nacho has not started overly well. Had visions of him scoring four or five quick league goals and someone coming in for him. Almost happy for him to have a quiet August. Winning ugly in August might be the way. Then start winning well when this window is shut.

Even when he was a good player he made a few major errors that directly cost us goals. He’s a shadow of the player we had four years ago and will still have them costly gaffs in his game. Be a right result if we get a fee for him.

I can see white a few situations this season like when Spurs beat us a couple of season back. Teams winning by a goal making all them defensive changes around the 85th min to hold out, not taking into account they will now be sitting deeper and deeper inviting pressure not for like 7 or 8 mins but for close to twenty mins sometimes. Can see a lot of late flip flopping results if managers don’t adapt to the time being added on.

Lockdowns were always struggling to have the sort of positive results its supporters expected as you couldn’t successfully lock down the vast majority of really vulnerable people. The people in hospitals and care homes etc who needed daily support and treatments. They weren’t being treated by people who were forever locked in a sterile environment safely away from the virus. They were being treated by people who had to transport to them, mix with others in their workplaces and shop for themselves. It was easily apparent from the very early stages that no matter what restrictions you put on the fit and healthy workforce you couldn’t stop the virus from getting into hospitals and care homes to kill them people who were at risk from the virus.

If they save them I just know the film will be out next year. As the potential to be harder viewing than both the Thai Cave rescue film and that Netflix movie where the two girls climb that massive phone mast thingy. The anxiety of watching them pair was bad. This will be next level.

I think he gives him red pre VAR when refs still showed some balls on big decisions.
