Big issues for me is , 1 he switches off but more for me is he is too soft. Both goals yesterday he had a part in. First one he was wrong side. A little nudge on him and a jog back. My take on this is if he wants to go ,**** him. I want a manager and players that want to be here. I do however wonder what the relationship between him and the board have to do with his mindset. If you are told 1 thing but given another then anyone in their right mind would jump at the first chance. This seems to be a recurring thing . The rot in the club is deeper than the manager.
