Cifuentes really isn’t good enough is he! There is no system or tactics that I can seen and he has them all week! It’s no surprise to me that people have posted on here from other teams message boards that we are the worst team they have played against! If it was cheap and possession football they should have kept Brian Barry Murphy. I am convinced that a different and more robust manager would get a better tune out of this squad.

The Premier League and EFL are Quite literally disappearing up their own arsehole!

The winning formula as manager this season as per the top 6 seems to be experienced British managers who have served their apprenticeships in the Championship! All have a footballing plan, tactics and in game management learnt through repeatedly being hired and fired by the clubs chasing the Premier league dream. Although he has managed to get QPR to 56 points in his last two seasons he doesn’t have any of these traits. He isn’t match fit and his team isnt either! We will do well to see 56 points at this rate and that is a borderline relegation total. I know he isn’t the main problem but Sack him today as he is responsible for coaching and motivating that shower of shit from yesterday! We are regressing match by match so the clowns at the Top need to act today!

I agree he is exactly the type of manager that should be under consideration. Plenty of experience in the lower leagues and reminds me a bit of Nigel Pearson.

I can’t seem to see what his tactics are? We don’t get the ball into the box early enough and rely on panic ball when losing. Defenders who can’t defend a long ball! I would get rid this weekend as it’s just not working for him. Bang average form isn’t good enough in the Championship.

I reckon the club will give him until after the Norwich game to turn things around, however lose the next 2 and I reckon it’s game over for him!

Hamza should never ever start or be in the matchday squad again for us. Such a waste of space. He wouldn’t even make ball boy again if I was in charge! Walking football and Pep ball is dead can we please move on and play some fast attacking football from the off not just when we are chasing the game.

It’s early door but it feels a bit like 2004/5.

Makes sense for us to sell him as we do have cover at right back. Hope we rinse Leeds on the deal! He comes across as a nice lad who probably doesn’t rock the boat and trains well. If he can get a good 3 or 4 year deal then that takes him nicely into his 30’s. Lets hope for a few incomings in Midfield and in the Striking department.

I thought he did okay other than the first half mistakes. He improved in the second. First half Hamza playing at right back definitely did not do him any favours as he kept playing under hit passes to him after dwelling on the ball too long. Hamza kept turning inside and playing back or square rather than against Fiorentina he let the ball come across him and played forward and out to the winger. I also think that’s why Alves didn’t impress as he didn't see much of the ball first half.

Needs to bin the Skipp and Soumare double act. Winks needs to start and we need someone to play alongside him, maybe Hamza. Teams with pace and aggression will totally bully us and I cant see us being anywhere near the top 6 let alone top 2 at the moment.

Exactly this,, none of those two clowns could have finished like that tonight.

Agree about Ayew but Winks coming on moved the ball about at an increased tempo. He took hold of and controlled the midfield and changed the game for us.
