Why do I get Sunday night dread about the following day at work but if I have Monday off Tuesday doesn't bother me. I swear its PTSD from school in the 80's. The Antiques roadshow theme tune sends a shiver down my spine and if I hear last of the summer wine then im done.

Whilst im glad he's gone ive absolutely no faith in the board in getting the right person to manage us going forward. Need someone who can work with limited players and no transfer budget.....basically a miracle worker.... I await with bated breath.

I do mine every three days....if I don't do it for a week I look like a mad monk.🤣 I also find that as I went closer to the skin over the years that if I didnt shave it in my minds eye it looked really long after a few days.

When its shaved with a razor then moisturiser it shines.

My own personal view on the issue with Grok and X is I wouldn't be bothered if they banned it all....Inc facebook insta the whole lot. At best Its turned folk into doom scrolling addicts...at worst its given lunatics and our enemies the ability to bombard us all with disinformation and worse. What started out as a fun way to interact has now morphed into something far worse. Sadly Pandoras box is now open and I fear where it may end.

In my early 50s and don't feel my age. Still love finding new music and ive plenty of hobbies. Reasonably fit due to working in the building trade and also doing yoga to stay flexible (cant praise yoga enough) As an old school gamer as well I still enjoy a good video game from time to time as well. Do the things you enjoy as every days a gift.

Having struggled to get back gaming I fired up day z after not playing it for well over a year. Have to say i'd forgotten how enjoyable but brutal this game is. Might have found the game thats gonna relight the passion for gaming again ( time and family first obv)

In my experience the silicon could have failed and I suspect the plasterboard has gone soft tiles then move grout cracks. Might need stripping back and then new plasterboard and tanking before retiling.

Just watched Goodboy about the dog .....I enjoyed it but had worked the films big reveal out pretty quick. Still an enjoyable 70 odd mins and the dog is great.
