  1. I would have signed Szmodics but his name was sneered at.....one good season .......hes 29.......not good enough for us........and we ended up with eduardo and ayew. Not really a manager comment i know but it annoyed me at the time.
  2. My ex wife more.....she was a poison dwarf too. Oh and dennis wise is better looking 😂
  3. I don't blame him for taking it. But for us it's about more than money or a job. The vast majority of us are emotionally invested and have been since kids.....its why we get so upset about it.
  4. Jog around in midfield n that .
  5. W*nking off over united? Standard. Usually gary neville knocking one out over them
  6. Right lads ....its 2 none now. We can start playing now.
  7. And they're off! Fcks sake
  8. Ha ha. The streams ive used buffer more than play anyway. Just the radio for me. I have a non Leicester family and it will be the usual "he sounds well like you dad" whenever matty piper pipes up (pun intended) with lestoh, realleh, lateleh, vardeh, etc etc 😂
  9. Fair points. But I think when you consider the vast sums squandered on (average and poor) players that they cant move on wages, clappers, poor tranfers in recent years on the mens side, an investment in the Leicester road ground or a contribution to renovating it with conditions attached, is small fry if they are serious about a decent womens team and matchday experience for the fans.
  10. I go with my daughter from time to time, or at least we did (just once this season so far ). We haven't seen city score a goal in our last 4 visits to the kp. I really find it difficult to see where a goal is going to come from. Little or no goal threat at all. On a slightly different note, i think playing at the kp with only 2000 or less in attendance isnt helping matters . It feels soulless. Echos and quiet . That can't inspire anyone. Im not sure if Hinckleys ground is still open or useable (not been by that way for years) but somewhere like that would generate a far better atmosphere for the players and fans. I can't imagine lcfc are making much, if any money opening the kp and paying staff, stewards, electric etc for 1500 to 2000 people. Might be worth looking into, but what do i know.
  11. Agree 100%. They were also the boss, not just in name. I doubt they would allow interference from other parts of the club regarding training, tactics, player selection etc.
  12. Oh sh1t then. I wouldnt bank on stewards then. I think id go have a word with ticket office pre game. If you have i.d. And tickets are in your name , id think they should have a record of you.
  13. 😂 Nearly got me
  14. Well done to the fan groups for getting general sale, which really should be the norm. That said, i daresay those that haven't been to the football in a while, will be gobsmacked at the prices being charged and decide not to bother. That's a shame as it stops us getting new regular fans and its likely that those that do buy general sale will see it as a one off treat rather than a regular thing, given that they aren't already members or regular attendees . Ive been a regular and im put off by the pricing to the extent im refusing to attend any cat a or cat b games any more. Im just drawing the line at 50 quid for a ticket (as much out of principle as affordability for me). Cat c games and away games i can get a ticket for only, from start of this season. Im really not being negative for negative sake and it is a win but the pricing is the real issue here when it comes to selling out these less glamorous games. Im sure the fan groups are banging heads against a brick wall when they raise the issue of pricing with the club though.
  15. Add "pragmatic" to the list
  16. My old Sunday league manager . Cleans vomit from the centre circle and dog sh*t from the 6 yard box before ko, goes round knocking hungover star strikers up at 930am, expert at shouting get your flag up lino, top class water bottle kicker and gives his mates lad a run for ten mins at the end to keep everyone happy, doesn't tolerate players trying to get out of taking the nets down and ensures the kit wash rota is strictly adhered to. Ive also seen him do pearson style strangling wwe moves on occasion. Admirable qualities.
  17. Very true. Its a concern because theres some truth in the argument they are producing more off the bench than starting . What is it? A case of opposition tiring legs? Or a case of "ill show you for benching me"?
  18. I can live with that . I just don't want that AIDS again
  19. 👍 For a match attending fan nothing quite generates the excitement of a last minute winner or equaliser . Enjoy the moment .....its what being a supporter is all about. Do the inquest later
  20. I sneered when he signed but hes proving useful. Not elite but if he keeps knocking in equalisers and winners no complaints here. Jordan ayew ole ole indeed 👍
  21. Ha ha i jest. I have an American cousin. Im always having to pull him on terminology. Rvn pulling it off......cooper not so much 😂
  22. Sneakers ? Youll be calling it soccer next 😂
  23. He had a class air shot at Southampton
  24. I would 😂
