The manager isn’t so much the problem. The problems are much deeper, starting with Top, he needs to sell the club because I can’t see him turning this around. Let’s face it, there is no chance he is getting rid of Rudkin and the buck lies with him, and his incompetence. Letting players go that should have had contracts, then keeping players, sticking them on big money and handing out 3 year deals to players far past their best. Not only that the loans have mostly been a disaster, not even being able to get one competent striker.

Can’t wait to see the back of this lot. Need a complete reset, and build a team with players that want to play for the club.

PSR is just terrible for the game, it was meant to help clubs but all it does is just holds them back. It does the opposite of what it’s meant to do. Needs to be scrapped or radically changed.

One thing we’ve done when we’ve hit those heights is make it count, we’ve won silverware. I know we’re in League One now, but I’d still take those moments over years of steady mid-table Premier League finishes. Sounds crazy, but trophies stay with you forever.

It’s fitting for how much effort they have put in to the season though.
