There was a stay the other day that Jacob was in the bottom 3 for Save percentage for keepers over 500 mins low %50 percentage. 4 shots today 2 goals, let’s hope it improves next season if he is number one
-
Worst ever top flight season and majority of that is down to RVN. Who gives a shit if we lose if it means that cretin doesn’t get the job.
-
Anyone that wants to see the back of Vardy clearly hasn’t watched enough of Daka over the season

Not being comparable doesn’t mean minnows does it “We will sell saleable assets and shift a few off the wage bill and we will be able to strengthen” Like the goal keeper, that played 44 times 13 clean sheets or the midfielder that got 12 goals and 14 assists, and the striker that got 18 goals. We spent a lot last time because £70m of pure profit was added to the accounts and PSR was £83m and it was touch and go if we failed it. Next season it’s £61m and the squad needs more first team players than it did last season.
-
It’s not really comparable with last time, the squad is weaker and there won’t be the same level of spending or income and PSR is reduced.

Burnley hasn’t exactly been a hot bed for producing young players over the last 20 years. Everton he explained why players have not be chosen because they have not been good enough, case and point Cannon that was talked up as a youth product and now can’t get in the Sheffield united team

There is a reason Moyes got the Job at Man U and won a European cup at West Ham. I’m not sure why all the people that use the improvement at Everton as a stick to beat Dyche. Everton with new investment and new stadium moved on and upgraded. We have been relegated and need rebuilding.

This was in the athletic last year Sean Dyche has never been one to mince his words. Asked during Everton’s long sticky patch in the middle of last season whether any players from the academy were ready to help his Premier Leaguestrugglers, he replied bluntly. “If there was an 18-year-old here who I thought was good enough to play in the first team, he would be playing,” Dyche said. “But there is no one I have looked at and thought, ‘You are ready to jump in’ — and I must say that is not just Everton.” The comment raised eyebrows but had a grounding in truth. At least when it came to academy graduates ready to make an instant impression at Premier League level, Everton’s stocks wererelatively bare. The issue prompted a stream of questions when The Athleticasked at the end of last season what you subscribers would like to read about this summer. Here is that piece. Few associated with the academy would have been quite as candid as Dyche was above, but in private there has been an acceptance there is work to do if the club’s youth programme is to succeed in its objective of providing players for the first team. Everton’s academy transfer ban, which prohibited signings between 2018 and 2020 after a breach of rules regarding the market for youngsters, has taken its toll. So too the financial woes and subsequent lack of investment that has seen top talent — on the playing and coaching side — leave the club over the past five years. a quick google about Burnley Sean Dyche, during his time as manager of Burnley, was known for promoting young players through the club's academy. He instilled a strong emphasis on the club's youth development system. While it's difficult to provide a complete list of every youth player he developed, some notable examples include Josh Benson and Max Thompson Dyche's approach to youth development was a key part of his philosophy at Burnley, and he often encouraged young players to prove their readiness for the first team

As Rohl and Martin have their own threads it seems only fitting DY ANOTHER DAY Sean Dyche lined up for return to football with relegated Premier League club who IGNORED him this season SEAN DYCHE is back in the frame for the Leicester job with the task of aiming for immediate promotion back to the Premier League. The former Everton chief is seen as the man to pull off the recovery act by some leading figures at the Foxes HQ. Leicester have been looking around for a replacement for Ruud van Nistelrooy after a disastrous campaign. There was a lobby for a ‘footballing’ coach like free agent Russell Martin or Liam Manning at Bristol City. However the financial pressure of getting promotion back to the Prem's riches is now the main factor in the decision making. Dyche has a proven record of success at Burnley, where he went up twice which marks him out as the steadiest choice. The experienced coach is based in the Midlands so the move would be ideal for him. Sources close to Dyche claim he was ready to answer the call from Leicester DURING the season but was ignored. Former Manchester United interim boss Van Nistelrooy is keen to discover his fate sooner rather than later. The 48-year-old said: "(I am) still hoping to find out. The quicker the better, in the best interest of the club. We’re all hoping to find out soon. There’s 70 people working at the training ground who want to evaluate the season (and start) looking forward to the next." The Foxes were long ago doomed to an instant return to the Championship. But a shock derby win at European hopefuls Nottingham Forest on Sunday would see them leapfrog Ipswich and go third bottom. However, Prem clubs are already understood to be monitoring the King Power Stadium situation ahead of the summer transfer window. SunSport exclusively revealed that Brentford are interested in £25million-rated keeper Mads Hermansen.

Ben Nelson - loan to Oxford United - Official

A lot of the time articles are on the back of information that’s on here first anyway, then there are examples of information that is missed. Like below when not highlighting the Maddison sale was on the previous years accounts. “When Leicester City were last relegated, 13 first-team squad members waved goodbye to the club. Seven of those were on free transfers and three were loans. Only three exits – those of James Maddison, Harvey Barnes, and Timothy Castagne – generated fees” -
Norwich set go give Jack Wiltshire the elbow as coach/caretaker manager

He off again Ex Premier League talent spotter Mick Brown says Saudi Arabia could be on the cards for the Celtic hero as per his information, and America isn’t off the table. That’s because his latest move has turned calamitous and the options available to him will not be plentiful. From what I’m told, there are clubs in the MLS and Saudi Arabia who have been looking at him, so that could be their best bet. He wasn’t sure about the move to America, but to be frank he might not have much of a choice. After struggling in the Premier League, to the point where you can’t get a game for a relegated side, it’s difficult to know where he goes from there. But it won’t be at Palace, that’s for sure, so it would be best for all parties if they could sell him on.”

Victor Kristiansen (an option for Forest, Percy.)
HankMarvin replied to davieG's topic in Transfer Talk
The 22-year-old may be an upgrade on Everton’s starting left-back. While Mykolenko leads Kristiansen in clearances (95th percentile) and aerial duels won (89th percentile), he is 14th for blocks, 77th for interceptions and 36th for tackles. Meanwhile, the Leicester star is in the 94th percentile for tackles, 88th for interceptions and 75th for blocks. Kristiansen appears to be a shining light in Leicester’s dark Premier League campaign, brimming with youth and unearthed talent.
