Apparently Susan is modelling scanty swimwear at an Ingoldmells photo shoot for next years calendar to raise funds for Mr Glover 👍🏻

👏👏👏👏 Well done you, I for one certainly enjoy it!
-
Quite possibly and I think Nelson, Alves and Braybrooke may well have been far nearer the first team than they currently are with a season's loan elsewhere.
-
Should perhaps read 'used to be' at this level. He's older, appears less committed and too comfortable, plus his fitness/injury status now cannot be relied upon. Best for both parties he goes.
-
It does make you wonder if a few more of our own would make it if the club loaned them out earlier than they tend to. There's a lot more of an education to be gained, I think, in playing proper mens lower league football rather than the usual u23 stuff both on and off field.
-
He was never going to get in our team was he and it would be unfair to stagnate his career. Vestergaard, Faes, Coady, JJ and Nelson were always going to be ahead of him notwithstanding any new signings.
-
Bet Reid has to use a mobilty scooter to get round on now, he was a right bloater when he was still playing! Never really thought his name and training would be seen in the same sentence?
-
Hardly going great guns in the Euros are, have you seen them? They're 'golden generation' have been about as much use as England's were 🤣.
-
Don't get me wrong, I agree, I don't think he wanted to be here either but like I said, in his shoes neither would I at the time, it was bad enough just watching some of them, I'd leave fuming quite often! Tielemans in every department was an absolute disgrace. Maddison was a world beater whilst trying to get on the England plane and a total complete tosser when he returned. Very glad to see the back of Mr Lazy and Mr Selfish. Praet when he did make an appearance didn't exactly bust a gut and Castagne was a total wimp. A study of what Soumare did in France, how and where he should be played would show that he was played anywhere but by Rodgers on the sporadic occasions he decided to use him. With such a pathetic manager in an unhappy camp, being a young man away from home in a different country, like Kristiansen, it's absolutely no wonder we didn't see much from him.
-
When Soumare started to play under Smith, in his correct position did you actually see him play? For me and the radios commentary team he was mostly vying for man of the match and, he did bust a gut trying to get back and defend unlike Tielemans and certain others. Rather like Kristensen, their were some quite valid reasons why players like them didn't perform to their best abilities ie one of the worst managers we've probably had at Leicester in so many ways. Had I been either of those players I'd have been gagging to leave too! A new manager might just bring out the true potential in Soumare.

Belgium really aren't though are they. They might be better than Wales but that's not saying much really.
-
Just because he's starting for an international team doesn't mean that he's actually any good, in Belgium's case it's more likely that they just haven't got anyone better! Ward plays for his international team, what value would you put on him?

Positives on the impending Cooper appointment

Yes you're right, blue tinted specs because although obviously to a lesser extent, I see both Tielemans and Rodgers as two main protagonists of our decline. Apart from the odd goal and slide rule pass, I think a lot of Leicester supporters rated Tielemans far beyond what he was worth. It's easy to remember the odd stunning goal or pass but for the most part in games he was lazy, hiding and gave the ball away a hell of a lot. He did do a lot of demonstrative pointing if some people get impressed with that. Lest we forget, even for his national side in the last World Cup, he was slated by the Belgian press and given a 3/10! Of course he wasn't as culpable as Rodgers but was pleased as punch when he left and one of my least liked players we've had over a long period of time. Noticeably he couldn't get a sniff at Villa under Emery until he changed his ways because he was neither fit enough, worked hard enough or good enough. Just my opinion of course and I recognise that to some he's still a fans favourite. -

Couldn't get a game at first under Emery and seemingly had to change his ways, he certainly looked a lot fitter when I last saw him compared to here! Even then only 17 starts the rest as a substitute. For what he was contributing here for the last couple of years we were well rid of him. He was a part of the problem of why we got relegated with his lethargy and attitude. Deserved to be benched yet Rodgers and then Smith hadn't the balls. Probably one of previous our I dislike the most. Hope he rots at Villa because they seemingly won't put up with his nonsense. -
Halfa Tit? Never eard on im!

The players may have been expensive but not necessarily very good. Weren't quite a few of them previously known failures? It's not what you spend it's what you buy! Buying your manager utter dross doesn't necessarily equate to backing him.
-
Or his next club?
-
And he's about 48yrs old now!
-
In fairness he was no worse than most of the rest of the dross at that time. At least he looked committed which is more than could be said for some of them. Sporadic starts, iffy tactics by a complete dunderhead of a manager in a relegation battle, together with the actions of alleged certain cliques isn't going to be the best proving ground for a very young man who's just moved to a new country.
-
Not so much a coach as a potential coach driver?
-
That's the spirit!
-
Absolutely agree!
-
Most probably. If Potter was deliberating I don't see anyone better on the horizon in the circumstances do you? Got to be better than Marsch, Parker and the other previous names?
-
If they'd run it properly like a business we wouldn't be in the predicament we are! If Top runs Vichai's business empire as well as Leicester City FC then you can see it going down the pan eventually. Rather than a competent businessman, his running of the club is more akin to a spoiled kid of a successful businessman playing football manager. Did Vichai not have to metaphorically give him a slap over Sousa and Ericsson and bring him down to earth? 'Stupid Boy'! 🤣
