  1. Or the Casbah Clown knowing our luck!
  2. Absolutely, dump Ndidi before he trips over his feet and hurts someone. Get him to take Calamity James with him too and explain to him it's not charity football whereby you always have to give the ball to the opposition.
  3. Nurse, he's out of bed again! 😁
  4. But why are we playing Winks (at all), Skipp and Ndidi ? Bloody hell are we trying to shut up shop even for Tranmere? Why Faes and not Nelson? Surely if fit try Alves out for as long as he can last.
  5. Whilst I see your point, they were only narrow defeats in scoreline terms only. In performance it was a different story. If the results had been 6-1 and 3-0 nobody could have complained.
  6. Couldn't say but I suppose it all depends upon why players like Cannon aren't being given a chance and sometimes there may be reasons we're just not privy to. At least two of our other young players were out most of a season with horrendous injuries and, perhaps as well as them being a little bit behind in their development, perhaps they're also being mindful of throwing them in too quick for other reasons.
  7. He won't develop without playing and Cooper is the second manager who won't play him.
  8. If we can get some money for him no great loss.
  9. Master stroke, so you replace Kristiansen with the even worse JJ! He's crap on the right but even worse on the left. Whatever the question is, JJ is never the answer 🙄.
  10. As long as he gets his team selections right. Assuming he keeps the same formation and these players remain fit, he needs to dump JJ, Ndidi and Reid in favour of Ricardo, Skipp and Mavididi!
  11. JJ may have pace on Ricardo but the latter is light years ahead with his positioning and reading of the game ie he doesn't need as much pace to be better. A good recent example at Leicester before his demise would be Evans. Never in his whole career did he have pace but he was superior to anyone else we had. Ricardo, because he has ability to adapt did a particular job for Maresca last year. That doesn't mean he can't return to a former position and shine. Whether his strength and fitness is up to it or not would only be known by the club. If fit though he's still way ahead of the poor JJ.
  12. How on earth do you work that out? Just because Ricardo didn't play there last year and is more flexible doesn't mean he's not better. For a start he doesn't need to be faster because his reading of the game and positioning is far better than JJ who is just woeful (even more so on the left).
  13. He neither arsehole or watercress in his positioning. Down to him.
  14. Absolutely! Squad player at best.
  15. Won't happen but I'd bring Mavidivi, Ricardo and Skipp on for Reid, JJ and Ndidi.
  16. He'd probably be better with the hopeless JJ behind him and the experienced Ricardo in his place.
  17. Always think you should start with your best team. For me that means Mavidivi on the left from the start, give the opposition problems on both flanks. If Vardy needs replacing in the second half there's Reid then or Ayew.
  18. Some might be wary of being caught upstream without a Khannous, but I'd sooner wait for a proper striker.
  19. Whilst much improved in the second half against Spurs, Fatawu had to come to his rescue a couple of times in the first and even looked the better defender 🤣. Not a patch on Ricardo but there's something not quite right for me about that situation. There's probably a good reason why Ricardo hasn't seen much action that we aren't aware of.
  20. You can't buy what doesn't want to come.
  21. Captain Charlatan was only interested in himself. If he couldn't direct the team on what they should be doing tactically, what was the point of him? They'd have been better off without any manager at all rather than him simpering up to the media in the background.
  22. Yes a draw away at Fulham would be a decent result. No need to over respect them though. I too think that with the right application we could cause an upset.
  23. Absolutely, I agree. Add another forward to cover Vardy and I think we could have a good go. The second half Spurs performance has to give them confidence. If we play and at least have a go like that but still go down because of points deduction then so be it, I'll be proud of them.
  24. Not the same Fulham team and not the same leicester team is it, we're arguably weaker of course. But it was precisely those sort of tactics by Rodgers and ridiculous team and formation selections that caused it . Slow starts, pissing around tippy tappy at the back and no penetrative. You've named three players and there were more that were well capable of causing damage to the opposition. We didn't even try!
