  1. It also would suit an old school back to goal target man. Someone to occupy the defence while the 8s and wingers do the real damage.
  2. In this case I think we are the pigeon.
  3. Reckon he isnt up to speed with the system yet.
  4. Verstappen and Hamilton in the same garage? Its probably the only combination of drivers that would stop Red Bull from winning every race.
  5. What we get for what we pay its hard to see how nurserys make any money. The staff are very well qualified and experienced and in the main earn minimum wage for it. We pay under £60 a day for childcare for 10 hours including 3 meals. Its a bargain really.
  6. Never forget the no-look assist for Vardy against Man Utd.
  7. It's all a laugh isn't it. Better than other football owners for that reason. They are doing this because they can afford to whereas other clubs are probably struggling but it's trolling in the best way.
  8. 7 and it's not even half time!
  9. I don't think they are carpet bombing as it's not something modern militaries have done since the 1970s. I would be surprised if Israel even has the sort of unguided artillery that Russia has started using.
  10. Put some cheese on top and it will look amazing even if it tastes rank
  11. We dont know the numbers killed at this point unless you believe everything Hamas state. The figures for civilian deaths will include all of the Hamas fighters killed in the conflict, so it's also not clear how many civilians have died. It's also clear that Hamas have more to gain by deliberately killing Palestinian civilians than Israel do. This post is for balance rather than support for every action of the IDF. But IMO Hamas kill and terrorise the Palestinians as much as Israel do.
  12. Another suggestion for a decent alcohol free beer. Best one I've tried. Or this pilsner from Aldi is also decent.
  13. I see. I wasn't aware there was much difference between Hamas and islamic jihad. I would expected them to wear similar uniforms anyway. The rocket was shown to be fired from the grounds of the hospital then misfired and landed in the car park. That was reported by al Jazeera anyway and was generally accepted as accurate after the footage was analysed.
  14. All of the videos of them firing from al-ahli hospital then blowing it up themselves. They then immediately blamed Israel claiming that they had killed 500 in a rocket strike. Thankfully it turned out there were around 10 fatalities. It wasn't that long ago and I'm sure it made the news.
  15. They need to find tunnels at this hospital though. Has a WMD in Iraq feel at the moment.
  16. It's damning because they haven't yet found what they expected and are probably playing up what little they have found. What's a bigger surprise is that there aren't Hamas facilities in the hospital bearing in mind how comfortable they are using these type of buildings for their attacks.
  17. The accusation I think is that he wouldn't answer questions from someone with a Muslim name as they changed it to get entry. Hard to see how a Leicester MP would get away with avoiding any questions from any Muslim constituent on any topic let alone this one. So I assume it's the individual that's the issue here.
  18. John Ashworth always seems to be decent and sensible. I am sure if this guy was blocked it had nothing to do with his ethnicity.
  19. Looks like he also lied to his employer about it as well as breaking the computer policy. Bearing in mind he is a public servant it's all wrong. Most private companies would sack employees for this sort of behaviour.
  20. I think those nutters come up with the proposals and I think they get mostly ignored, unless you are JC of course. The deputy leader is selected by them hence Angela Rayner being in post rather than someone SKS would probably prefer.
  21. They advertise on Arsenal shirts. Done it to spite Starmer I reckon.
  22. Its an unachievable job isn't it? We are currently building 230k houses per year which is just about enough to house the net migration into the UK. As such, we aren't building enough homes even though the construction industry is wildly busy. Furthermore, construction and land costs are such that 'affordable' housing won't ever be affordable as it costs £200k+ to build a 3 bedroom house.
  23. DC isn't yet in the house of lords.... Easy line for Labour, another unelected politician in charge of the Tories to go with an unelected Prime Minister.

    Houses

They do, but search for a land agent for a better idea on value.

    Houses

Disagree, it was an I'll thought out popular policy that was being called for in a war on landlords. It's just easier to screw the small investor or accidental landlord than the bigger ones.
