I think that it's true of anyone, but to different degrees. I'm in my late 50s now, but I still listen to new music (albeit not much chart music, but then I was always an indie kid since I turned 20).
I drive slower, but not slowly, cos I have seen what speed can do (and indeed recently be the victim of an impatient road user).
I eat and drink differently from my teens and twenties, and things I liked to do (surfing, swimming (it's dawned on me that my injury will make swimming next to impossible), playing football at pace, other sports) I no longer can.
Aside from that, much the same as mid-20s.
I'm put in mind of the Katie Melua song where she sings, "this is the closest thing to crazy I have ever been, feeling 22, acting 17."
Wow! I mean, is there much difference? Wait til you get to 50, you might have stopped counting Chinese bicycles and realised you woefully underestimated, you curly haired bint!
