I've just had a missorted letter in my sorting which was addressed to Santa. I was so tempted to put a return to sender sticker on it and tick the "deceased" box.

Is summons a verb? No, it's a noun, regardless of what the above says, the verb form of summons is summon. How can you receive a verb? Ergo, summonsed is incorrect. Before anyone says, "but OED!", this is the same organisation that thinks skibidi and delulu are words.

There's a very obvious inherent problem with this. If you are a genuine asylum seeker (and it may come as a shock to some, but they do exist) then you have to enter another country illegally, since your own country won't exactly wave you through customs.
