That's fine as long as you don't confuse it for generating extra revenue to "compete" with other clubs. It obviously isn't, it's a cash grab because they know there's enough people that will pay it.

The CEOs of football clubs love people like you, who think that an extra £2-3m by rasing ticket prices makes any difference to the overall revenue clubs generate. It's a tiny drop in the ocean but people line up on Twitter to trot out the same thing - that their club wouldn't be able to compete with top clubs if they weren't charged a fortune to watch their club. It's utter nonsense and an excuse to fleece fans for as much as they can get away with, while they pay agents extortionate amounts to facilitate transfers that cost tens and tens of millions to pay footballers massive wage bills.

The best way I've seen people do it is have your main meal in the evening then don't eat again for 16 hours. Essentially eating all your food for that day in one 8 hour window. My cousin only eats one meal a day around 4-5pm then has nothing else other than drinks.
