  1. if he’d played a full season, I’d agree with you but he’s not at all
  2. The story of fatawus season
  3. yeah he was still faster than Ayew fair point
  4. Even okoli showing a bit of urgency..
  5. to be fair it looked like he could hardly walk..
  6. Need a fats belter
  7. Might have to re-new Daka’s contract
  8. have faith. If Wednesday can survive a right rimming, then so can we..
  9. according to the document released on the FA website, the list of agent’s fees does indeed include the fees paid to staff member agents not just player’s agents. I’m sure we paid someone to get the Red Bull/ Man city guy, for example… plus of course the managers.. https://www.thefa.com/news/2026/apr/01/agent-fees-and-transactions?utm_source=copilot.com
  10. Agent fees are more than just signing players. , managerial changes, contract renewals, even a loan signing is going to cost an agent fee.. we probably used some sort of recruitment agency to restructure and appoint our new ‘ upstairs’ people.. that will all be classed as agent fees..also if you indicate you want to sell a player you can contract an agent to find them a club.
  11. Gwon, Starmer. Go and buy some oil from Russia and give Trump an Aneurysm.
  12. I think that’s 3 world cups in a row that Italy has missed out on… that’s not good…
  13. so it’s probably worth remembering that Fury was knocked SPARK OUT in the first fight against Wilder and if the same rules apply, he perhaps should have been waved off against Wilder.. Alternatively, let him try to get to his feet and see how steady on his feet he was. I think we would have all known that he probably wouldn’t have been able to fight on but I believe boxers deserve the opportunity to try and beat the count.
  14. I’m not sure it will matter too much what team we put out with regards to midfielders and attackers. Scoring is not really our problem. We have GOT to iron out the mistakes at the back and get some stability and cohesion back there. I see most posts talking about this midfielder or that but other than Sheffield United no one else in the bottom 12 have scored more than us… but only Sheffield Wednesday has conceded more than us. Not saying play Ayew of course, just saying that our focus really should be at the back…

if it has to be 20m then I’d much rather it be to a club that the price and the player could make a difference to rather than a greedy top 6 club that just wants to store players for the sake of it..
  16. can you imagine the loss of dignity in Ayew turning down a new contract with us….
  17. well, in my opinion, this is where we should see how valuable the CIA has been. What have they been doing to overthrow Iran from the inside. With all that’s been going on, they must have. Been sneaking weapon in to some rebels . I know the Kurds have been very well armed and equipped, but what about Central and Southern Iran? I see no benefit of a ground invasion unless it’s to save face because it’s not going to plan, but either way a ground invasion would need to be co-ordinated with the Kurds. If some of the stories are to be believed, the Iranian army is more splintered than the Iranians believe.. I just think it’s more in the Israeli interest to have a ground invasion than the Americans but it’s really only the Americans that could pull it off..
  18. They have pretty much wiped out all navy targets in the area. They have also destroyed every military target on kharg i island already. It’s a few miles from the mainland.. other than thousands of Iranian soldiers traveling a few miles by sea ( which would be certain death) to ‘retake’, then it’s an easy target. It has no defenses.
  19. So this is why he’s saying the talks are going well and the Iranians are saying they are not even holding talks…. He’s talking to completely different people! My guess is he’s talking to the son of the Shah who fled at the start of the Islamic revolution that brought in the reign of the ayotollas and don’t even get me started on him blowing up the infrastructure if he doesn’t get his way…
  20. I think they’ll go for Kharg island to control the oil . I don’t think they’ll go for mainland Iran unless it’s for some special ops missions, in which case they’ll need a base to operate from - kharg island. i think if they really wanted in to mainland Iran they could manage it- Iran has absolutely no radar system left, no air defense, troops haven’t no leaders and some units are showing a desire to defect aware from the revolutionary guard order.. plus you have the Kurds in the North chomping at the bit to get involved and seek revenge for years of repression… but it wouldn’t suit their purpose.. the want the oil.. it’s the Israelis who might be interested in weeding out any support for the militia groups in the area..

You can always spot the fan-written ‘news’
  22. but if we are in league one, then we wouldn’t have met the terms? So the contract would be null and void.
  23. He’s probably going to end up releasing the Epstein files as a distraction…
  24. My wife just laughed her head off when I said our son was good at ‘Keepy uppys’
