  1. I dont disagree with any of this. I But unless anyone else has another explanation as to why these 'celebrities' were on the parade buses..
  2. I dont think we need the upheaval of another new manager and style. we needed continuity and theres no such thing at the perfect manager , unless you want to mention pep but even then hes had hundreds of millions to spend. Keep if he wants to stay.
  3. Anyone signed right now would be included in this years finances, also we currently have a transfer embargo in place..
  4. and how do you reach those families in a far off country? I mean its the same logic albeit on a much smaller scale as to why swift fans are watching Chief games in the NFL. Because they saw Taylor Swift at the games. It's fickle, it's shallow and its annoying, but Chief games have never been more popular. It has to start somewhere.
  5. I think it all comes down to your foundation. Your trust of why the government is there. If you see the government as interfering / controlling you’ll interpret everything you see through those glasses, even the far out and weird stuff, because it fits in with what you have decided is true… I mean, there IS stuff out there that is enough to light the litmus+ paper the way spies have been operating for years, an unexplained death now and that to people will ‘ prove’. The government is out to get you… probably not explaining myself well this morning.. trying to get ready for work!
  6. and the way you increase the amount of those interested? ( we also have to factor in the open air stadium and the weather, of course) Such is the fickle nature of the celebrity culture, you see your favorite influencer supporting a team, you are likely to as well.. I mean, our owners have an attachment to Thailand. There’s no avoiding that. And they are going to try and increase their fan base there.
  7. Very interesting article. However I finished reading it feeling Monbiot missed an opportunity to go into a bit more detail as to WHY Liosatos was wrong on several things, especially as this article likely reached people similar to Liosatos. Little bit too much point scoring, possibly? still, an interesting read, thank you for sharing.
  8. and yet some Thais are billionaires and bought our club. It’s possible that we are after ‘ that circle’ of people. there’s about 150k millionaires in Thailand… there’s money to be made there even if things are sold at a price that is relative to the local market..
  9. if we can get Thai ‘ influencers ‘ to support our club, they could help expand our fan base in Thailand and therefore, increase our income.
  10. I would err on the side of caution if you are suggesting an increase in funding is the same as being adequately funded. Such is the criminal way the NHS has been treated over the years that even an increase as noted in the graph just hasn’t been enough.
  11. that guy’s a Coventry fan.
  12. Yes I definitely meant politically. Little bit closer to the center like Blair was!
  13. Viktor flat out didn’t want to play the new role. , a month or two wouldn’t have made a difference
  14. For me, he’s more than damaged his chances of playing in the prem… because of how he played last time in the prem no room for sentiments. It would be suicidal to play him in the prem again.
  15. There’s definitely a bit of Blair about him…

    Wish you were here, @Daggers!
  17. Hopefully we’ll be smarter than that..
  18. Selfie with Messi!!
  19. Have to remember, Blackburn could have gone down if they had lost…
  20. absolutely. Jamie Vardy has another record- he is the only player ever to play in every round of the FA cup from the very first qualifying round all the way to the final..
  21. Nice try!!
  22. Might be the 50 caps for Wales that stopped him..
  23. Agree completely! I will just add though, I 100% support someone’s right to free speech and the right to a PEACEFUL protest.. but when you start to damage property, block people from going to their jobs/ collage and when it has a violent undertone, it no longer can be considered peaceful protest and the college has a right to act.
  24. This can’t be serious, surely? Want to get a free pass on their exams because they are upset about being evicted?
  25. @Mark any chance you can stick this up top for a couple of days?
