I think to say they improved might be the wrong word as that indicates some kind of fault or problem with Potter. I think they carried on the same trajectory if I’m not mistaken at the time of his departure to Chelsea, Brighton were 4th in the premier league. After he left, they finished that season in 6th. 4th is also their highest position since he left.

Potter did a fantastic Job at Brighton. Chelsea he was poor but I think he wasn’t given enough time at west ham his best bet is to go back to a Club that will give him time to do his thing and build up team. I don’t think he’s a terrible manager I think he believed his own hype.
