No - so basically they have declined currently but we are appealing. We have sent all docs including the signed building control cert showing it’s an extension - all over the plans and approval by the council it quotes extension - they haven’t flattened the bungalow it’s just been extended, it’s so frustrating. Coventry are considering getting it surveyed again at the moment. It’s touch and go tbh. We are starting to get pressure from below but I’m just ignoring atm. If we went with another lender and they decided they would lend, I reckon the mortgage would be another £400 a month, it’s already best part of £2.5k p/m, you’ve got to draw a line somewhere

One of my biggest gripes in life when someone is “different” another person judges this as “autistic” or “could they be slightly autistic” it’s just lazy. My son is autistic and quite severe, not “high functioning”. Just wish people in life would think before they post or say stuff like that, and how it might be perceived by a reader or someone who has to deal with it day in day out.

This was a good watch at the time - we are talking about a highly successful banker who worked on the board of multiple elite clubs and PE firms who pulled off a relatively easy transfer deal here - Grealish's stock at the time was really high. He is miles away from anything we could attract at LCFC - a CEO of this kind of calibre would get much better offers elsewhere. Somehow we managed to hoodwink Man Utd to pay a then world record fee for a defender in Maguire and then Fofana for £70m after one good season. We didn't do a video on it, but at the time these were very good deals for the club. The criminal part is what we did with the money afterwards and the money from the Champions League - we should of been set yp for the next 10 years. IIRC I think it's probably only Brighton that can boast those kind of fees received in recent times.

I think the nerves might get to Forest in the last 10 games of the season, this is based on a hunch and nothing more. Can Wood keep scoring? Not sure if he doesn't who then takes that on. I think there is a section of our fan base that are genuinely gutted we didn't get a points deduction this season.

But no one within the club will leak financial information before the club file the accounts for public viewing? Unless the FD want's the sack and his contract ripped up. Same goes for a well respected Lawyer leaking any said info to a Journo.

There isn't a boiling point - no protests, good attendances, good uptake of season tickets. No boycotts etc. Remember foxestalk is a small proportion and hyperbowl of active LCFC fans and probably a strong group of say 200 odd people that have their opinion on the club and ownership, and most in agreement it's a mess - take that to the wider casual fan which are the majority it's not the case.

Agree with this and I think whatever is said, you will still get a lot of negative opinion and noise around ''it'' so what's the point, no upside from their own point of view. Whatever is said the audience will also want more - there will be questions off the back of anything said! Finances should be kept in house, they are a limited company and are obliged to publish their accounts each year like any other business and that's it. We all wish we knew what was going on - but just coming out with statements to be ''liked'' by the fans and #engagement, they won't give a sh*t about that.
