From someone close to his family (although take with a pinch of salt), apparently he has rejected a deal from us and is looking at going elsewhere - Brighton in particular have made a decent offer.
-
I saw that. Spoken to someone still within the club, and Lavery wasn't sacked - he walked due to difficulty in working with the owner, as have his coaching staff. Ties in with a couple of players also announcing they are leaving today due to "moral" issues.

There's rumours that he's going in there, but as much as I love what the owners have done there (until today), he would be mad to. Players are now jumping ship given Lavery's sacking today. I didn't like him as a bloke, but I think it's a pretty harsh sacking on reflection, which now leaves them in a real mess.

Given what's happened at Kettering today you'd probably want to avoid there!

Seems we have accepted the decision/charges from our statement. -

Completely deserved. As restrictive as PSR is, there is no agenda or conspiracy in us being charged. The club knew the rules and were either negligent in adhering to them, or thought they were somehow above them. Hopefully we can escape with a 15 point deduction this season so we end on less than Derby's record. No less than they all deserve. It really could **** us up for next season though, and I expect that to be the case. -
Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official

It's been the same since he came in, not just in the past few games where selection is relatively limited. Today we started with Ayew as a 10. Ayew, a 10. Facundo didn't get a single minute on what was his final home game here, despite how bright he was at Forest. Then there's Okoli who looked very good vs Brighton, who looked like he actually cared, yet has barely played since... when we have Coady and Faes clowning around. -

He is one symptom of a much bigger problem, I don't think anybody is disputing that... but it is imperative that we bounce back immediately, and first a foremost we need a manager capable of leading and rebuilding from this disastrous season. Defensively we are all over the place, and the midfield is about as stagnant as I've ever seen a midfield which then stifles the attack. -

I am astonished that a couple of games vs already relegated sides with nothing to play for are somehow persuading people that he is the right man for a promotion push. If Ipswich could finish then today could have been a pretty heavy defeat. They missed some really, really good chances. The issues that have led to record breaking losing/non-scoring runs were all apparent again today. And as for team selections... -
I just can't look past San Marino.

She's not Finnish, she's only 28!

Easy one, this. Palace win and they take a Europa place, making things more difficult for Forest. They're also great to watch and don't particularly have anything against them.

Jamie Vardy: A Legend's Final Home Appearance

You would think it depends on finance/PSR of course, but if we are willing to let him go "on holiday" for the Bournemouth game potentially forsaking a £3m increase depending on league position... -

If I were you I'd buy two in a three, leaving a single seat (it can be done despite what the system says)... meaning that whenever they are on sale to members that seat will always be available until someone buys it. Edit - or you get really unlucky and a single person buys it as a STH, but unlikely given how many singles there are. -

Just like purchasing match tickets. Selected three seats and they're reserved for 20 minutes. Just have to keep refreshing them every 15 mins or so to make sure the basket doesn't time out, whilst I wait to get through to the club -

It's ridiculous. Since just before 10 I've been trying, I'm on attempt 152 now. Tickets saved in my basket that I want. Why on earth they don't have a system that allows relocations I'll never know. -
