They've just got Welington Damascena in on a free. They punish dangerous 2 footed tackles which don't connect, intent to harm or not. He's swung an elbow full force, head height into where he knows an opposing player is out of anger - if that connects it's broken cheekbone/jaw/teeth/eye socket - absolutely unacceptable. Egregiously endangering an opponent.
