Maybe get your lads to kick him harder next time Eddie.
-
Maybe we want the money now. If they want him badly then they restructure.
-
Vestergaard was worse than him yesterday, and for the 4th he's won the ball back 2x for it to be given straight back over again. It was a clown show. It's mentality and attitude though, body language and facial expressions give it away. Maybe in a better team he'd look alright as the destroyer CB rushing around and rampaging up if you ignore the brain farts, but we're never going to get to see him in a good & confident team here.
-
Lisandro Martinez looks like he's done his knee quite bad
-
Refs giving absolutely everything as a foul. Just find ways to flop in the box 5x
-
Bassey having a decent game
-
Joe Linton again should've been sent off. Ankle height, off the ground lunge which connected full on. Him and Guilmaraes get away with so much it's disgusting.

How significant was the loss of Kasper Schmeichel?
Jaspa replied to Pliskin's topic in Leicester City Forum
From his perspective you'd have to suspect that he knew what was coming. Undoubtedly an enormous loss, supremely driven character, intelligent, experienced, respected in the game and somewhat of a leader. Morgan would've been another huge loss too. We don't seem to have that calibre of leader anymore. -
Vestergaard didn’t have one Prem appearance in 2022/23, it was Dan Amartey. Agreed though, our faults were evident towards the end of last season. Just stinks of inept recruitment.
-
Can't play him 90minutes every game. Three times in a week, one against QPR which feels unnecessary. It's great that he's fit and healthy but we need to get the most out of him and that isn't by playing him every minute at this stage.
-
What a ball in from Cash for the Villa equaliser. Just glides into the box.
-
Our attacking potancy has evaporated. It's nice looking good against the big teams(Liv away & Man C home), putting in performances but in the regular matches we're even less competitive than under Cooper. Yes the injuries have been devastating and particularly crippling to key players - Ndidi, Hermansen, Ricardo, Fatawu - but we aren't even in games any more, we didn't even look like scoring today.
-
Dependant on injuries imo. We'd be struggling to stay competitive without Ndidi, Hermansen and Fatawu regardless. Recruitment should've been a tad better as he'd have known what he'd needed, the playstyle would've been continued by Maresca through-out the summer instead of being gutted out by Cooper. So I'd think mid-table with Maresca and a good summer.

Wasn't some of the fee "written off", from what were due from Spurs? Said at the time the guy is absolutely gash. England v France u23 game at the KP couple of years ago looked the worst player on the pitch. Never saw him do anything for Spurs. We have glaring holes in the squad, which was supposed to be Premier League ready. Injuries have f***ed us but we're so far under the level of this division, it's a walk-over every game now, we can't even get consolation goals let alone think about taking the lead.

Championship 2024/2025 Season Thread

Sunderland building quite the team. Enzo Le Fee, Jobe Bellingham, Patterson. They'll be back up soon, Newcastle get their derby game back. -
Ian Walker - he booted the intruder about so the stewards didn't have to. We lost about 5-1 and Peter Crouch scored a hat-trick.

Highlight of the night was the pitch invader. Same crap, different day. Wasted chances, defensive mistakes. Palace aren't a great side at all, 2/3 good players, didn't bring many fans, didn't hear them much from the Kop apart from the goals. Grim all around.

Got the vast majority right. Did miss a foul on Muñoz first half, could've carded their keeper for wasting time. Decent to be fair. -
It was the same against Brighton with his laces, must've tied them at least 5x that day. I counted 4 lace ties in his 20min cameo today. Palace players tried to drag him off to celebrate with their fans at the end but he slinked away.

That's West Ham safe then

Another Americanization

Looked like Yates elbowed Strand-Larsen in the back of the head then. Mad how you pay a top rated chief referee to be part of your Club, then you get things going your way after.
-
2 defenders marking 1 attacker in the box, Wood barely moves and still manages to pass it in.
-
Pitch looks like it's been cut as short as possible.
