The squad is too young and inexperienced for a title challenge. Interesting is their approach to managers now- Potter, Maresca and Rosenior would never have been anywhere near the job years ago. What makes you think Rudkin will go but Top will remain and step up? Why hasn't it happened already? We have been in decline on and off the pitch for nearly five years. This isn't short term. I genuinely believe if sweeping changes were made and good additions to the club arrived then a chance would be given but nothing strikes me as to it occurring.
