There's no way he's going yet when he's been given players he specifically wanted right up to deadline day. The board will back him. I just can't see it ever working with him in charge. The previous managers after Enzo were terrible but they could blame the deadwood players and their bad attitudes. This guy has been given his own players and been backed. This bloke so far has been pony. I was actually looking forward to a winger playing the same side as their stronger foot for a change. But **** me all he does is receive it and either turn backwards or just instantly get rid to the full back behind him. Slows the whole attack down and the opposition just get men behind the ball. I've not seen him run at anyone or put one good ball in yet.

Back mega early from football and thought **** it I'll go and do a tempo 5k as I'm bored. Had a minor hamstring injury and thought I'll put some pace on it for a test. Ended up being 19:38, which considering my first k was 4:18 (I always start slow for some reason), I'm pretty happy with that overall as I wasn't really slamming the accelerator down. Apparently my fastest outside an event too. Ideally would like that speed x4 for the HM I have next month but that might be a tad ambitious, but we'll see

I don't mind the style of it had end product. The team today is more suited to it especially because Thomas offers a left footed CB, Page is very good at receiving the ball, and Stol is also better than McCarthy at distributing. But the lack of end product is so worrying. We over pass at the final play or just cut inside and run into opposition players. Also teams at this level are dog muck. But if they score first then our slow style of play as it is right now won't turn a game around. We move it too slow and are far too easy to defend against. I will be Martin out though soon if he keeps playing non strikers in the 9. His sub times again were shite too

Was highly regarded at Sunderland I think, but the loan move didn't work at all for Millwall in January and it is continuing here the way it's going. I don't rate him at all, Alves has been far superior. Hope he can turn it around though

Set my new 30k record this lunchtime at 2:21. Prev was 2:25. I was on track for under 2:20 but a bit like my last marathon run, the legs died off again for a bit. Can only put it down to fatigue as I'm practically not having a day off running atm and I'm sat at 250km for the month. Think I need to have a couple days off before my next long run or PB attempt. Although this route is part of the marathon route I run around here and some ridiculous elevation in places, think I'd be holding a low 4:30s pace on a 30k on a flat route. Great Eastern half marathon I've got in about 7 weeks and aiming for another PB but that's gonna be tough 😂

Season ticket should give you points but 50 is too high. It should also be a rolling 3 year period I think, not rewarding attendance 7 years ago or whatever it goes back to

Also on a separate issue, are people just getting more and more selfish or twattish whilst you're out running, or is it just a thing around here? 😂 They see you coming towards them from a good distance away and don't make any effort to move over on a path, I always run to a side to give them the whole path to step into. I'm talking about people together or in a group not really individuals. Had some old **** in a mobility scooter literally decide to turn into my path to get into a side road rather than wait probably one second for me to go straight past him and on my way. Looked at him said 'really' to him, shouted dickhead at him and went on my way. It's definitely more of a thing than ever though. I've even bumped into people in the past when Ive had no space to move to, through purely their fault for being thick/selfish/ignorant and I've just carried on going. Hope it teaches them a lesson 😂
