County Fox

He seems to be getting better and better This guy deserves his own decent chat. How is this for a rip off, of the John Lundstrom chant, Rangers used to sing?? To the tune of 'Heaven Is a Place on Earth' Ooh baby, do you know what it's worth Sammy Braybrooke is the best on Earth Leicester's Iniesta, just what we need He's gonna take us to the Premier League

I think JM had a good window to be fair. Hopefully, he has given RM what he needs to work with.

Thought he did really well last night in the second half.

You would think that the Vertu trophy game will not be far off that.

Braybrooke is doing fantastic tbf, lets just hope we get him to sign a contract asap. TBF, I really think this season in League One is great for Sammy's development. To be getting so many minutes and really standing out is good to see. He would be fine in the Championship atm but I think this season in L1 will really pave the way for him to look great in the Championship next seasion (fingers crossed that is with us!)

I reckon Bristic will score tonight, now that we have another striker looking to compete for that spot. If he doesn't score then I see Riis starting against Oxford.

Obviously Bobby isn't on Page's level, but I did think he looked effective on Saturday - once he was moved out of the striker role. On another note, I really hope Louis stays.

Exactly this. What we would have done last season, for a striker that got his "mediocre" return!! We would have likely stayed up.

Plymouth fans seem confident of a win tonight, as do a lot of a YouTubers who do League One predictions, often saying Plymouth are too savvy for us. Fingers crossed they are all wrong and we come away with the win and get our season up and running.

Right then, I have watched the YouTube highlights reel, gerrrimin!!!!

Don't really know much about this player tbf. The Rangers fans seemed to like him (granted 4 years ago!!)

I agree that a loan could suit both us and the player. I noticed a few of the Bristol fans on Twitter were accusing the guy of having a bit of a lazy tendancy. For this reason, I think a loan could work better as it really incentivises the guy to play/push hard, to impress, as he either, looks for a permie move with us OR another club.

Although saying that, Towcester is actually a good shout.

Heard that some are going to this place, easy parking on street and a 1.3 mile walk to the ground. Opens at 11 https://www.theploughsimpson.co.uk/

What's he like?? IF he was to sign, then do you see him more as a 3rd choice striker?

I am optimistic about this weekend. I doubt we will keep a clean sheet but, having watched the MK Dons highlights against Huddersfield, they will also give up chances for us. Fingers crossed for a 3-1 win, with a really good away end playing their part in boosting the team.

Great game for Page last night. Agree that he deserves a start on Saturday

Liked RM’s interview today after the game. The way he spoke about and backed Louis Page was good to hear. also made me laugh around the Finnish Defender, saying he can’t/wont say anything but then basically confirm he is going to sign 😀

Howell has done so well but looks shattered 😝 Needs to start on Saturday

Exactly! I obviously have my tickets now and am looking forward to it. I am wishing any fans that are still trying, all the best; fingers crossed you will manage to get some. This is obviously going back 8 years, but Coventry did take 8000 to MK Dons back in 2018. So touch wood, MK Dons and Leicester will just keep on opening up blocks until every Leicester fan has one, that wants one. (11) Facebook

Yeah, just managed to get 4 in there but there looked to be most gone. You would hope that the club know that they could sell 5000 for this and will just ask MK Dons to start preparing (police, stewarding etc) for 5000+ Leicester fans on the day.

Fingers crossed, I am looking for 4 tickets tomorrow (this problems of having to wait for your Son's priority to come up!!!) The club could easily sell 4500+ for this, which would be great for a game on TV.

Exactly this, we also have 'at a minimum' of 51 games this season, likely around 55 if we go a couple of rounds the Vertu. There will still be plenty of gametime for youngsters to play Come the end of the season, I wouldn't be surprised to see youngsters like Alves getting (25+ appearances), Braybrooke (35+ apps), Page (30+), Carr (20+ apps), Aluko (25+ apps), JJ (25+ apps), which is decent IMO

Fingers crossed that it gets to 'All STH', I had been thinking that it being a TV game may put quite a few people off. Even so, I think we easily shift 3000. Even with it being on TV, I think we could do 4000+, as the next game we can take a big away following (Barnsley) is a month after.

One other thing re: Adebayo. Granted I am scraping the barell a bit here! If the choice of Free strikers was either him or Danny Ings then I am happy that we have gone for this guy. The potential upside of this is a lot higher than say Danny Ings. If Adebayo can play 30 games, then I reckon he easily gets 10 goals at L1 level. He has also scored at Championship level, should we be lucky enough to find ourselves back there after 1 season. One concern is that apparently Bristol fans have said how unfit he looks on trial there. If that is true, then that is worrying.
