It's not exactly Spa 98 but we all know what is coming at the start of this procession...

Cyberpunk 2077. Just completed Act 1. The game has crashed on me twice in five hours but, despite that, it's been decent so far. Downloaded the latest patch but I can't tell much of a difference, game plays very smooth and it looks great. I want to design a stealth build from here on out so we'll see how that goes. Chose the corpo route from the off. The game mechanics, world and story initially was overwhelming at first. Takes time to get into it but I'll stick at it, it has me hooked now.

Of the three, Faes, Coady and Vestergaard, you can get rid of two and keep one, which one would you keep? I'd keep Faes based on yesterday. Shocking from Coady and Vestergaard. A useful exercise for Cifuentes seeing us lose. He needed that loss to see what happens when the dross is picked.

Do we need one right at this moment in time? We can rotate Ayew, Daka and Evans and see where that takes us into January. As far as the competition goes, noone in this division scored 20+ goals last season so I doubt we'd go looking around the championship for a replacement. We'd have to look abroad. If Marti can get us mastering this system of his, we can rotate the forward line and have players move in and out of position. At this level, the players are good enough to do that. How many teams play a similar system in this division? This is where I think you'll see a back to the wall job more often than not and us looking to break down ultra defensive teams. Very few, if any teams, will come at us knowing the attacking players we have.

A year has passed and I think many have forgotten how poor this league is. We have far better technical players than other teams in this league. The only weakness in that first pre season friendly was what happens when we lose the ball on the break. I wouldn't worry too much. The vast majority of attackers in this league need 10 chances before scoring. We may concede a few but, in an attacking sense, we will outscore the opposition regardless.

There is clearly a plan at work here and the difference between the absolute shambles of a game plan at Shrewsbury Town away in pre season last season (which never ever got going with Temu Cooper) compared to the game plan in pre season this season is plain for all to see. I'm impressed with what I've seen so far with Marti. What's annoyed me with this seasons various predictions is the lazy analysis that has come with it. Discounting us because of a looming points deduction doesn't cut it. We can get over 100 points imo, and a points deduction is irrelevant. We shouldn't worry about not having a true goal scorer either. Last season not one championship striker managed 20 league goals. Marti will find a way around the problem. I'm looking forward to this. It will be entertaining to see us succeed whilst the league attempts to derail us with their rules and regulations.

I always smile when turning into Fosse Park driving past the long line of "white" Teslas charging up. What an immensely boring set of cars to lay eyes on. Can imagine it's pretty tricky picking out the right one from a distance when returning from the shops too!

Diablo 4, I'm done with this. Boring as hell. Lvl 25 just going round and round spamming the same move set over and over again. Story meh, I've got over 300k gold and haven't spent a penny, the enemies bland, the dungeons meh. I've had enough. Cyberpunk is on PS plus now, I'll give that a go instead.
