Well he had some guys from the youth team and then brought in a coach from Real Madrid B (the Pozzos probably did ..) but he didn’t last long . Paul Robinson had a go for a bit before being replaced by Javi Gracia’s ex assistant. TBH we get through coaches as quick as we do managers . Pozzo has basically come out and said Cleverley wasn’t do well enough as they think we have a top 6 squad..

Unsurprisingly Barca aren’t very happy with the ref . Guess their complaint is about the penalty and lack of free kick before Inter’s equaliser.

Although did have a few crashes at the end but maybe that was down to inexperience and trying too hard ?

Seems to be a typical modern day manager who likes a possession based game and I think tries to be fairly solid using quick players on the break . i think he wants to give young players a chance but likes experience pros too - Sissoko was his captain for example.

A great shame as he was popular with fans due to his long term connection with the club . A lot of players have spoken out in support of Tom which says a lot about about how they respected and liked him too. But we had only gained 20 points since Christmas so guess the writing was on the wall . Many will say we lacked depth in the squad and he was dealt a tough hand but the Pozzos seem to think the players are talented and should have done better.

Probably never been 2 better games in one tie. Fantastic football and drama.

What a comeback by Barca! Another entertaining game .

I think most people actually expected that we might struggle so mid table was a good season but we have really dipped after Christmas only getting 20 points so I suppose Cleverley was always going to be in trouble but many say there wasn’t the right recruiting to help him.

That is basically the point most are making . Sure had a bad run but wasn’t helped in many regards . The squad isn’t as good as the owner thinks and we need better recruitment.
