Southampton have always had a good academy. They benefit from a huge catchment area. It's why coaches are desperate to go there because they look good for a bit and end up getting a promotion.....

I was more bothered by the sprints one than this to be honest. This is a symptom of the 'style' of play. The sprints is inexcusable, and you can see it consistently when we lose the ball, people ambling to get back, massive gaps in midfield etc. That's just a lack of care.
