the saying "no ethical consumption under capitalism" exists for a reason. PepsiCo are not an ethical conglomerate but like, are any of their competitors any better? Coca-Cola murder trade unionists in South America, Nestle steal water from First Nations communities... Short of just giving it to a local charity for free (and even then the governance of some charities acts as money laundering for the c-suites), you're not getting an ethical short sponsor.
