  1. With Cooper at the wheel I’ll expect us to get a (fortuitous) 2 points out of 15.
  2. Pearson was infinitely better than Cooper. He had players actually playing for him. Players have already downed tools for Cooper.
  3. Got to say against teams we are looking to beat I much prefer 1 pivot and 2 number 8’s irrespective of whether a fullback plays in Enzo’s way or Cooper’s way. We aren’t creating much in the final 3rd because two of our 3 midfielders aren’t getting high enough to help centrally. The teams see our one central outlet is a number 10 and can mark him out of the game like what happened with Buonanotte last night.
  4. It works both ways! Justin has also suffered three years of recurring injuries and had a poor pre season AND has had a poor start to the season. Ricardo is the more intelligent footballer, a better dribbler and a more positive passer. Justin is more athletic and is better in the air. Neither are fabulous tacklers. Both have pros and cons but to completely give up on Ricardo (0 minutes in the prem after we continue to ship goals on our right) is very poor man management from Cooper.
  5. I’m sure Cooper will publicly bemoan the poor performance of the team again tonight like he did on Saturday, speaking like he’s a fan with no control or responsibility for the shit show he’s created. 😂
  6. I asked my budget AI generator to create a statue of Steve Cooper hugging Danny Ward. You get what you (don’t) pay for I guess when it come to AI. I tried though.
  7. Tbf he was a very solid 3/10 tonight. Well played CC👍🏻
  8. He needs to dust off the Spider-Man suit. Not used since he got rid of Puel.
  9. We need a Statue of Danny Saving that last penalty that didn’t quite reach the goal line to commemorate such a historic display. Maybe we could have a little BDCR statue as part of the display expertly watching the save like he expertly watched the game from his usual left side on-field spectator position,
  10. Ward saving us away at Walsall in Round 3 of the Carabao Cup more than makes up for him getting us relegated. Build. The. Statue.
  11. I’m jealous of BDCR tonight. He had a great view of the game from his on-field spectator position. Presumably he had a go-pro camera on or something?
  12. Wasn’t that Iversen?
  13. You haven’t applied the Cooper factor to your decision making. It made logical sense to start Skipp so you have to apply the Cooper factor which is to do the exact opposite of logic. Applying the Cooper factor to your decision and the answer can ONLY be to bench him. it also explains Cooper’s plan to utilise our left back role as the attacking overload. Neither of our left backs are skillful or particularly fast so applying Cooper logic means that’s exactly where we focus our attack. Always apply ‘The Cooper Factor™️’ and it makes the constant defeats and the occasional draws easier to stomach.
  14. Fabulous nights work from BDCR tbf.
  15. On a positive note, if we ever set up a Leicester City walking football team, we gave 2 absolute shoe-ins in Coady and Edouard.
  16. I’m glad Cooper is sticking with a double defensive pivot of Hamza and Bouba. We’ve still got a chance of taking Walsall all the way to penalties 🤞
  17. Tbf to Cooper, what better way to discipline Vestergaard than to select Clogger Coady ahead of him. It’s discipline with maximum shithousery.
  18. Daka’s movement isn’t very good tho 🤷🏻‍♂️
  19. On Sky + the commentators are talking Thomas up as some major attacking threat that Walsall have somehow nullified. 😂
  20. According to NASA he’s a Baseline Document Change Request. So that solves that then.
  21. JJ!! I really don’t think you should be texting from the subs bench mate. Tut tut.
  22. Anyone worked out what BDCR is yet? He’s not a winger, he’s not a number 8, he’s not a striker. What is he? What problem is fixed by a BDCR?
  23. 3 days is indeed a long time.
  24. You have to think like Cooper. Yes it makes sense to give ‘EL’ a start to get over his weekend debut but if you add the Cooper factor to the decision, which is to think the exact opposite of logic, then it makes every sense to not play him. Applying the Cooper factor will help us all process his Ricardo hate, his Alves hate and his Vesty absolute hate. (They are all good footballers so they should be dropped) It helps understand his obsession with playing Fatawu on the left - (he’s only really a threat on the right so play him on the left) his signing of BDCR, (he’s not anywhere near as good as Mavididi so start the season with him ahead of Stephy). You can also apply the Cooper factor to understand his Ayew being knackered blindness, his soft spot for Ward and his preference for setting up to draw or narrowly lose games he should be trying to win.
  25. Another opportunity to watch BDCR on the left and try to decipher what possessed the club to give him a 3 year deal and why Cooper actually thought he was a better option there than Mavididi.
